Notes for SI Item Nos 1 to 4:- (i) This schedule does not include the items covered under Sch A Part - II. (ii) All the items required to ensure the smooth and perfect working of the lifts other than those covered under Sch A Part - II shall be deemed to be included in this schedule. (iii) Cleaning of machine rooms and lift pit, drain out water from lift pit shall be quoted rates. (iv) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (v) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (vi) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (vii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (viii) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including Sunday and holiday. (ix) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept with lift cell. (x) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (xi) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (xiii) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of Maharashtra for maintenance & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Schedule A Part- II (Repair/ Replacement) M & L in repair unserviceable Main traction steel wire rope 13 mm dia (8x19S) 9-9-1) construction), 1420 N per sqmm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), ncluding necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clams, nuts, bolts,and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs Governer steel wire rope 08 mm dia (8 X 19) constructions, fibre core, 1420 N per sq mm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etc complete form main pulley to pit pulley complete all as specifified and as directed. Make Usha Martin or equivalent.

S & F in repair complete infra red door protection edge for full height of car door edge, 08/13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and directed. Make: TL Johns, Memco or equivalent.

S & F in repairs landing push button complete with stainless steel plate 2 mm thick (size 95 mm X 300 mm) having push button and combined LED position indicator with arrow indicator including cutting to walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed surfaces for lift all as specified and as directed. Make:- Thyssenkrupp, Monarch or equivalent

S&F in repairs breaking resistor choke for 10 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for 6/8/13 Ps lifts complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Monarch, Thyssenkrupp or equivalent.

Supply & Fix Travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core , 1sqmm copper conductoras per IS 4289(Part 2) :200 suspended type, freely movable with car cabin up and down movement between gorund & upper including neccesary proper connection with mid way junction, cop and other connection required for the circuit complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep including fixing and necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed. Make:- VBM or equivalent.

Replacement of unserviceable ARD control system, commissioning and testing of new ARD system suitable for 7.5 kw motor including wiring with connected items in existing 06 passenger lift 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase with a speed of 1.0 m/sec comprising with maintenance free battery Make: Exide/ Amaron to match with the existing capacity motor and controller system complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Monarch, Thyssenkrupp or equivalent.

Supply fixing and testing on ground new battery operated Auto Rescue device PCB CARD suitable for 13 Passengers (884 Kgs) lift, serving (G+12) and compatible with V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing cabin side panels and supply and fix side encosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and Stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 08 persons capacity, including , mirror , hand rail, safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency Numbers etc for as per existing width & depth in P-105 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Make:- Monarch, Thyssenkrupp or equivalent.

M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable car operating push button unit with stainless steel face plate 2.0 mm thick (size 180 mm x 800 mm) having row of buttons for G+12/G+10/G+5 floors stop alarm DO-DC fan light Auto / attendant key etc with combined LED/LCD position indicator with arrow indicator for all landing of lift, and display of GE(West) Colaba including emergency contact person/contact numbers can be programmabble as requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and taking out unserviceable and S &F and testing of car door operator, having VVVF Controlled door drive, suitable for 700 mm /900mm /1200mm opening, automatic center opening with doors panels made of Stainless steel, hair line finish, 1.2 mm thick, complete as specified. Make:- YASHKAWA or Equivalent

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable and S &F and testing of car door drive, having VVVF Controlled, suitable for 700 mm /900mm /1200mm opening, automatic center opening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F & testing and commissioning in repair electronic micro controller based programmable controller compatible to VVVF drive having simplex down collective with/without attendant operation of capacity with all standard accessories assembled in closed cabinet with ventilator made of MS power coated sheet for11 kw motor all as specified and as directed. Dismantling existing cabin MS Platform and ceiling and supply and fix new platform made from 3 mm thick formed 120 x 60 mm channel, covered with 5 mm thick aluminium checkered plate on MS Sheet and ceiling made from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, in powder coated finish, as per existing width and depth in P-105 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable landing door from various floors & supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated auto 800 mm centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 18 SWG flush type complete with door suitable for Ps lifts including necesseary cutting opening in masonry work & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete in P-105 Lift complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make:- Monarch, Thyssenkrupp or equivalent.

Dismantling and taking out old un serviceable car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprise of 02 nos power operated auto 800 mm centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 swg flush type complete with VVVF door drive unit with card, Air card, aluminium sill, complete with headers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for For lift at P-105. S & F in repair L1000 AC VVVF drive 7.5KW (HD) to automatic operation and to smooth jerk free working of lift and suitable for having speed of 1 m/s serving G+5/G+/10/G+13 floors complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- YASHKAWA or Equivalent

S & F in repair L1000 AC VVVF drive 11.0KW (HD) to automatic operation and to smooth jerk free working of lift and suitable for having speed of 1 m/s serving G+5/G+/10/G+13 floors complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- YASHKAWA or Equivalent

Replacements of defective unserviciable control card microprocessor based compitable to existing VVVF drive and suitable for 06/08/13 passenger lift serving G+5/G+10/G+12,G+14 floors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Monarch,Thyssenkrupp, or equivalent

Taking down old unserviceable hooter and supply fix and testing hooter with mp3 voice announcement system in the controller & high quality speaker on car top, with necessary provision of shaft wires & travelling cable complete as specified. The audio indicator shall announce the floor position , and emergency contact person/ contact number announcement etc. and continuous mild music in hindi and can be programmabble for music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Thyssenkrupp, Monarch or equivalent

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective batteries of ARD and supply and fixing testing and commissining for new maintenance free battery for ARD including neccesary connnection like battery terminal of brass and copper lead to connect 12 V 18 AH batteries complete as specified and directed. Make - Exide/Amron

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceableshaft wiring, supply and fixing of lift shaft wiring in hoist way up to lower limit with PVC insulated standed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grade 0.75 Sq mm, 1.0 Sq mm for earth wire duly bunched with wire binding locking strip drawing through in and including glavanized sheet metal trunking of 24 SWG up to ground floor in hoist for control to all function including in built connection for control panel, PCB, Hall push button fire switch and lower limit switch , including copper earting, complete all as including copper earthing , complete all as including copper earthing all as specified and directed. Replacements of 15 mm thick mirror polished granite slab machine cut over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone on all around the lift entrance door fascia including grinding and polishing complete as all specified and as directed by engineer in charge for specified.

Taking down old unserviceable ELCB 63 Amp and supply and fix new ELCB, 415 Volt, 4 pole, 30 mA capacity, 63 Amp with ELCB metal enclosures to house the ELCB with fixing the Enclosures suitabale to surface out of wall by means of (plate of size 32 mm dia) wooden sheet Plywood including nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i) S&T COMPLEX Important Note for Item No 30 to 34 : (i) The contractor shall pay to the operators/ personals in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of latest notification issued by Govt of India as on bid submission end date. The minimum wages, shall include all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.), EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective states. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employers Provident Fund(EPF) details for the personals employed. EPF/ ESIC/Bonus shall be payable by the contractor as applicable as per rules (iii) Minimum wages shall be as applicable as per latest revised wages of labour as fixed by Govt of India as applicable to the work as on bid submission end date. (iv) The rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance. (v) The rates quoted for any items if "Negative" or "Nil" will be considered non-bonafide bid and the contractor will be asked for explanation on the same. (vi) The bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision. In case bidder consider NIL profit and over head charges, the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid.
