Taking down ceiling fans of any type and size after disconnecting from existing ceiling rose to connector and clamp hooks and tronsportation to work shop, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, startor, bearings, bushes, winding etc; for serviceability and repairsing/replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing, assembling, testing for proper functioning,checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging and connecting the New electrical connections with new two core flexible wire 01 mtr, testing for noise free smooth running etc as directed. (Note :- (i) Minimum 15 Nos ceiling fans of any type to be repairsed in One Day.(ii) All repairss to be carried out in AGE E/M store Yard. (iii) repairs/replacement of parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Contractor should be detail one electrician for daily day to day maint of fan work at site.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling fan blades and providing new ceiling fan blades with fixing new screws as appropriate shape and size suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling fan blades and providing new ceiling fan blades with fixing new screws as appropriate shape and size suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing worn out nut, bolt, rubber bush, cotter pin, and supply and fix new metallic clamps, rubber bush, nut bolt, washer and cotter pin and for various types of ceiling fans to complete the repairs work all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling fans along with blades of any make/model of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep with spray paint including filling cavities with filler white in colour synthetic enameled paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective/worn out bearing of any make and supply and fix new bearing suitable for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed..

Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 2.5 mfd of approved make for various makes of ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out worn out Gun metal bush and supply and fix new Gun metal bush for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective/burnt out windings of ceiling fans of various makes of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep working on 230/250 volt single phase AC supply and rewinding with supper enamelled new copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing with good quality varnish' baking up, reassembling the fan, testing including replacement of connector, flexible wire of size 23/0.0040 three core up to one metre all as specified and directed.

Taking out rusted/defective down rod and supply and fix new down rod of medium grade GI tubing 15mm bore , 450mm length, having holes and threading at ends as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing broken/cracked canopy of any make and type and supply and fix new canopy of existing make and size all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust/wall mounted fans of any type and size after disconnecting the connections from existing ceiling rose to connector and transportation to work shop, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, stator, bearings/bushes, winding etc for serviceability and repairsing/replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing assembling, testing for proper functioning, checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging/fixing and connecting the electrical connections, testing for noise free smooth running etc; as directed. Note :- (i) Minimum 05 Nos Exhaust fan any type to be repairsed in One Day. (ii) All repairss to be carried out in AGE E/M store Yard. (iii) repairs/replacement of parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for painting of exhaust fans along with blades of any make/model of size 225 to 380mm sweep with spray paint black/existing colour supper enameled paint, writing MES No. in 20 mm letter size with white paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 13 above but of size 450mm sweep.

Taking out defective/worn out bearing of any make and supply and fix new bearing suitable for various makes of exhaust fans of size 225/380mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 15 above but of size 450mm sweep.

Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 4 mfd of approved make for various makes of exhaust fans complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective/burnt winding of exhaust fans of various makes of size 225 to 380mm sweep working on 230 to 250 Volts, single phase, AC supply, and rewinding with supper enameled new copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing with good quality varnish baking up, reassembling the fan, testing, transportation, replacement of connector, flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0040 three core up to one metre complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No 18 above but of size 450mm sweep.

Taking down unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, socket outlets, ceiling roses, pendent brackets, holders etc.removing marerialso storeforeeping in safe custody or for taking credt and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with two runs of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable in and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories complete with PVC terminals box for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with one single core continuous 1.5 Sqmm,FRLS copper cable for earth wire complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one switch.

All as per Sl. item No-21 but One light point controlled by two two way switches.
