M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation ol new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 0.50 mm thick pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an having.colour on exterior side tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fied with self tapping screws as specied and conforming to all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar incl removal of debries out side MD land.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provion of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc including dismantling the existing barbed wire, etc complete all as speecified and directed. Note:- Each line of wire shall be measured and paid.

S&F framed work as in gates of ornamental and intricate design including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt , with gusset plates, rail, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and structural steel is painted one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint (including prep) complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All ornamental items like Bhala or any other fittings & fixturers used in gate shall be measured as per actual weight. 2. Design of gate shall be made as approved by GE.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) over 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), in?cluding all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 04032) set in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out mud/soil etc from drains any depth including removal of drain covers of any description and re- fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the soil/mud to a distance exc 500m and not exc 1500mtr all as directed
