Repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of size1200mm/1400mm sweep including taking down carefully at same position/MES yard/contractor's work shop, by disconnecting/dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with spare parts i.e. capacitor, bearings, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for downrod, bracket, bush rod, blade etc. including greasing/oiling, assembling, refixing, cleaning, checking and tightening the lock nut for sefety point of view incl. testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Removing of old burnt winding any type and rewinding of stator winding with superior quality winding copper wire with insulation including matching with existing make and size of ceiling fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bearing good quality for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Make: SKF / NBBC / Tata

Supply and fix Gun metal bush for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

Supply and fix rubber bush/reel for hanging bracket suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper wire multistranded 1.5sqmm single core from ceiling rose to fan connector, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix capacitor 2.5 mfd 440 volt casing of plastice / copper wire terminals ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Usha / Universal / Havells / Unistar.

Supply and fix downrod 60cm long suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Fan Blades suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep aluminium body set of three pcs incl nut,bolts &washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Fan Blades suitable for ceiling fan 1400mm sweep aluminium body set of three pcs incl nut,bolts &washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan 1200 mm (minimum) sweep, BEE 5 star rated with BLDC technology, AC single phase 230 watt, suitable with fan regulator and including electrically connecting with twisted three core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of 0.75 sqmm copper conductor from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha / Havells / Orient / Bajaj / crompton or equivalent make specified in CA. Note:- Old ceiling fans shall be deposited to MES store.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting matching with existing to ceiling fan complete after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of unserviceable exhaust fan of sizes 450/300mm sweep including taking down carefully by dismantling the exhaust fan parts, inspecting the serviceability of parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning, replacement of unerviceable parts i.e. beaing, bush, capacitor, connecting wires, fan blade, locknut, rubber pad etc, oiling/greasing, including refixing,reassemblig cleaning and testing of exhaust fan complete. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply and fix fan blade die cast aluminium suitable for exhuast fan of 300mm sweep matching with existing motor make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust fan 300 mm (minimum) sweep, metal body, light duty, 1200 RPM (minimum), AC single phase 230 watt, 50 Hz with bird guard, nuts, screw, bolts including electrical connection, wiring MES No in 2 cm height with synthetic enamel paint and taking down complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha / Havells / Orient / Bajaj / crompton or equivalent make specified in CA. Note:- Old exhaust fans shall be deposited to MES store.

Supply & fixing Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep turbo powered single phase 220 volt with luovre shutter matching with existing including taking down old U/S, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha / Havells / Orient / Bajaj / crompton or equivalent make specified in CA. Note:- Old Exhaust fans shall be deposited to MES store.

S&F of exhaust fan 300 mm (minimum) sweep, non metallic plastic body, AC single phase 230 watt, 50 Hz with and including self closing louvers, and including taking down old U/S fan, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha / Havells / Orient / Bajaj / crompton or equivalent make specified in CA. Note:- Old Exhaust fans shall be deposited to MES store.

Supply & fix wall fan complete with Energy saving model 230V, 450 mm sweep, and including taking down old U/S fan, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha / Havells / Orient / Bajaj / crompton or equivalent make specified in CA. Note:- Old wall fans shall be deposited to MES store.

M&L for preparation of painted surfaces of exhaust fan of any make and size by scrubbing old and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required making opening in wall for exhaust fan for sizes 450/380/300mm sweep N exc 150 Exc. 150 sq. cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of self closing louvers of metallic body for 300 mm exhaust fan (minimum) sweep, painted with synthetic enamel paint including taking down of old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of self closing louvers of metallic body for 380/450 mm exhaust fan (minimum) sweep, painted with synthetic enamel paint including taking down of old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.
