REPAIR/PAINTING AND POLISHING OF WOODEN/STEEL FURNITURE AND REPLACEMENT PLY TOP CHARPOY GI PIPE UNDER GE BASOLI

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP FD-220: Material and Labour for replacement of 12 mm thick Plywood top on existing charpoy GI pipe after tightening/ repairing of frame/charpoy . plywood shall be 12 mm thick, commercial type, BWR grade, ISI marked of Make : Century ply/ Archid ply / green ply/ Kit Ply in single piece with teak wood beading all around.Plywood shall be fixed to charpoy frame with and including nuts, bolts and GI washers (minimum 10 Nos. per charpoy), dia of bolt not less than 8mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for replacement stiffeners made of 25mm Sq MS Conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick and welded to long rail horizontally (one end to each long rail) at equal distance including drilling holes where ever required for fixing plywood with bolts and painting to Sq MS pipe pieces with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacement three way elbow, 32mm dia, heavy duty, ISI marked for GI pipe charpoy all as directed.

Material and Labour for replacement GI check nut hexagonal ISI marked, 32mm bore for GI pipe charpoy all as directed.

Material and Labour for replacement new long rail for charpoy GI Pipe of 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade (ISI marked) long rails threaded on both ends one side 22mm and other side 40mm complete all as shown on Drg and directed by Engineer-in-Cahrge. Drawing No FD-220

Cutting and fixing old unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe 32mm and converted into short rail obtained from ser No 1.5 above and threaded both ends one side 22mm and other side 40mm complete all as shown on Drg and directed by Engineer-in-Cahrge. Drawing No FD-220

Cutting and fixing 32mm bore GI pipe for legs made out of unserviceable short rails obtained from ser No 1.6 and above as per drg including threading. S&F 50mm dia, 5mm thick MS washer at bottom of legs and S&F of MS clamps for FMN set complete all as shown on Drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Drawing No FD-220.

REPAIR TO TABLE 3'X3' STEEL(FD-1009):M & L for replacement of top of table with 18/19 mm thick Particle board (exterior grade) ISI marked both side commercial over with 1mm thick laminated sheet ( Shade and texture natural teak) shall be fixed with synthetic rubber adhessive of make Fevicol or Pidilite 4 mm thick half round teak wood edging all round shall be fixed to the frame all as per drawing & as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including Taking out old top.

M & L for replacement of damaged legs by 25 mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm and welding complete all as per shown on drawing & as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including Taking out old Leg.

M & L for replacement of damaged stiffener / rail by 25 mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm and welding complete all as per shown on drawing & as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including Taking out old stiffener / side rail.

M & L for replacement of hard rubber shoe of black colour as per existing as approved.

TABLE 3' X 3' STEEL (FD-1009) M & L for scrapping out old painted surface (external and internal) from steel furnitures and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by spray painting including preparation of surfaces and filling cavities with putty as specified and directed
