Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying under ground cable/pipes in loose/soft soil all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 01 above but Hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10 cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class ‘B bricks, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole/wall including taking down unsv complete any size, type & core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (9 mtr long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto to 1.50 mtr length, 1.50 mtr height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially all as directed .

M&L for high intensity retro reflective sheet 5 cm width length up to 60 cm length as specified colours with heavy duty self adhesive tape for stick on electrical pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of all elecric supply, taking out electric incoming and out going cables from existing LT feeder piller of any size and any type, powder coated painting in inner & outer side complete over a cleaning, scrabing with salt paper and removal of dust particles complete with necessary T&P, and refixing the same as incoming and outgoing cables as existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for loop box out door type made out of FRP type body one piece moulding type, bus bar rating 63 amps 4 strips aluminium with bus bar mounting colour R,Y,B,N on DMC unbreakable insulator with cable entry main supply from bottom side and pole light connection from back side, simens grey colour, shock proof, rust proof, fire retardant size approx 300mm x 200mm x 100mm with 6/10 amps MCB SP, having front, opening and locking arrangement, duly fixed on the pole by MS clamp of suitable sizes, all as specified and directed. Labour for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding HT installation/LT panel/four pole structure /sub stations and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 30m as directed.

Labour for trimming of tree branches around the street/security light poles (not less than 2 mtrs) to clear the vegetation including cleaning of nest of birds, creepers on poles and stays etc complete removing and disposed off from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of lock assembly with key of old/existing LT panel board any type/size complete all as directed

M&L for replacement of door/MS sheet of old/existing LT panel board any type/size with cutting, welding & bend to shape and spray painting with powder coated paint with smoke grey paint in outer/inner side over one coat of primer after complete all as directed

M&L for replacment of double compression stainless steel gland suitable size for 16/25 sqmm 3.5/4 core LT power cables including restore of electric connection complete all as directed.
