Part I:Construction of Community Hall at in Thangachimadam Panchayat

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff block cotton, hard red earth shale's, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil SS 20B for foundation- Main Building

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling River sand in layers not more than 15cm Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm HBGS jelly including all incidental charges such as bailing out water finishing curing complete complying with standard specification

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all

Centering, shuttering and strutting to the soffits of R.C.C slabs and beams including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Rein forced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBGS jelly including all incidental charges such as bailing out water finishing curing complete complying with standard specification

Brick jelly Lime concrete by using 20 mm brick jelly with lime in the ratio of 32 : 12.5 including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing laying compacting well beaten with wooden batens etc complete

Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of Pressed Tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 and pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost and conveyance off all materials and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface

Special ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 10mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Plastering in CM 1:5 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with scrach proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thickand pointing with white cement using 0.3kg/Sq m mixed with colouring pigments to suit colour of the tiles including finishing tec., complete

Dadooring walls with glazed tiles of size 0.15 x 0.15 set with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick etc., complete

Supply of the following steel doors, windows and ventilators to Office, etc. complete

Wiring with 2x2.5 sq.mm PVC sheathed SC alu.cable of 650 V Grade partly on TW fillets and partly in PVC rigid pipe concealed for vertical drops with TW and PVC accessories with T.W switch box to house control switch and regulator with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover with painting on T.W fillets portion, and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for fan point. Supply and fixing of 4' 40 W Twin Mirror optic suspension type fitting (Philips / Crompton / Wipro) complete with louvers cover complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension, with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from the terminals to the fittings with flu. tubes

Angle stop cock with flange, 15mm dia brass C.P. cold water connecting pipe, etc., The work shall include,required extension nipples, cutting / chasing and making good the walls and floors - toilets. Supplying and fixing approved best quality brass CP towel rail 600mm long and 20mm dia with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc.,complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks).

Supplying and fixing in position C.P. Soap tray of size 150 x 100mm including cost of teak wood plug and C.P. screws. etc. complete complying with standard specification.(D)

Soil and Waste Pipes

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition,including testing for any leakages,etc.,complete complying with standard specifications.(The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level.

Supplying and fixing in position cost iron Nahini / Floor trap with Stainless steel grating / PVC nahini / Floor Trap with PVC Grating type of size 100 x 75 / 75 x 50 mm with best quality gratings of approved brand fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1;2;5 (One lime two sand and five aggregate ) brick jelly 40mm and finishing with cm 1;3(One cement and three sand) including dismantling masonary wherever found necessary and making good to the original condition and giving connections to the cast iron pipe etc, complete complying with standard specififcation and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing of PVC water storage tank of best approved quality and make of super thick with lid of capacity of 1000 litres with accessories including giving necessary connection etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer. (The PVC water storage tank should be got approved by the Engineer before use on work)(TWAD- Pa no:173)
