SCH 'A' PART XII (MISC B/R AND E/M ITEMS) S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer‟s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer‟s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured based enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (TWO) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-driling screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed. Note : Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and painting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

All as per item No. 12 above but colour coated plain galvalume sheet as in ridge to match the existing roof coverings all as specified by manufacturrers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of septic tank for 25 users capacity including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, RCC M-25 slab /cover slab, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm gradd stone aggregate manhole covers, 6mm plate embeded all round, reinforcement, vent, saft & sludge chamber complete all as specified and shown in TD drawing and as directed.

M&L construction of sockage well, including excavation & earthwrk, in any type of soil foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, Brick work in soilid and honey combing in cement mortar (1:4), concrete bands, intercepting chamber, screen chamber, RCC M-25 in slab and precast RCC 1: 2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for manhole cover, filling with brikc bats and well size 1.20 metre dia and 3 metre depth complete all as specified and directed and shown in TD drawing.

S&F angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated, high pressure, screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe or brass ferrules complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollow, watering, leveling etc rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. M & L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) GSB Grade -II as per MORTH table 400-1 with shingle or gravel of approved gradding mixed with stone dust all as per IRC 109-2015, spread with machanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 12 tonne articulated tandem roller (double drum vibratory roller) complete all as per MORTH clause 401 and all as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in road with granite coarse aggregate of approved grading, mixed with stone dust all as per IRC 109-2015 in WMM Plant spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 12 tonne articulated tandem roller (double drum vibratory roller) complete all as per MORTH clause 406 and as directed.

M&L Preparing of surfaces of unsurfaced wet mix macadom by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumnous primer @ 10Kg/10Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 (using mechanical sparayers only) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 40 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.0% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechincal paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing chrages, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

S&F metal cat eye and dual direction cat eye studs made out of polycarbonate with tronically welded prismatic retro reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet & dry condition fixed with suitable bitumen adhesive and with BT-69 bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F water proof , energy saving and eco-friendly solar road stud made up of highly compressive materials to sustain over 1o tonnes, water resistant of size 125mm x 125 mm x 20 mm made out of solid aluminium-alloy and polycorbonates shell powered by solar cells with 6 LED prismatic reflective lens on each side and stems fixed in road with PCC block of size 100mm x 100mm x 100mm in mix 1: 1 1/2:3 type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F deleneator post size 1.2m long made of 75mm, outer dia MS pipe of 16 gauge painted with stove enamelled back paint and 3 Nos of retro reflective high intensity grade sheeting in white /Red/Yellow colours each size 100 x 75 mm bounded on it and deleneator post covered with 45 cm long MS wire case fixed in ground with PCC bed block of size 150 x 150 x 300 mm with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed. Make: SUN EYE Cat No SE-205 or equivelent in other makes given in Appendix 'B' duly approved by AGE (I).

M & L cleaning bituminous/concrete road surface free from all dirt, dust and other foreign material etc. and applying 2mm to 2.5mm thick hot applied thermoplastic retro reflective road marking paint confirming to IS 164-1981 (First revision reaffirmed in 1986) (5Kg/Sqm) of white/yellow colour as in strips/lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road surfaces upto 150 mm width and including glass beads @ 0.250 kg/sqm. The hot application shall be carried out mechanically and the finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from staks and holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour point wiring including concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20 mm dia with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS IS-694 insulated unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable, single core 1100 volt grade with modular type metal flush boxes in suitable size for mounting to modular switches/ sockets / fan regulators/ cover plate as required module etc including FRLS insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as continuous earth wire complete including making good the disturbed surfacescomplete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Supply & fixing decorative past top lantern, 40 watt light fitting for 360 degree indirecto light including making necessary connection with all accessoreis complete all as specified and directed.
