Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance ofthe lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free fromweeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 5 cm apart in either direction

Providing and laying of Gabion of mechanically woven, double twisted hexagonal wire mesh Gabion Type: Zinc coated mesh type 100 mm x 120mm, woven diagionally. Mesh wire día 2.70, salvage wire dia 3.40 mm lacing wire dia 2.20 mm of Gl wire including all leads lifts and carriages and cost of Stone and Gabion wire crates. The gabions shall have partions made of same material and each compartment shall be of size 1.2m x 1.00m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
