Contract No: ALDDO/STAFFCAR/e-LT-03/17-18 ; Tender Due date : 27.06.2017 ; Important notes: 1. Only total amount for the work is shown in the schedule of works below. It should read in conjuction with detailed schedule of rates (Purchase requisition for services) given in the techno commerciaql bid. Quoted percentage shall be uniformally applicable on all the items given in the schedule of rates. 2. The rates are exclusive of service tax and service tax is payable extra on actual basis as applicable from time to time. For further details, please refer to taxation clause as mentioned in the NIT column of Tender documents. 4. Vendor should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder should be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 5. Tenderers should submit all relevant and applicable documents as per tender conditions. Tenderers shall be bound to accept unconditionally and in totality the complete content of tender document hoisted by IOCL at e-Tender website https://iocletenders.gov.in and shall be considered to have quoted only after taking cognizance of all the tender documents/ corrigendum etc uploaded by IOCL at e-Tendering portal. Further, Indian Oil Corporation Limited is free to take action as deemed fit as per terms & conditions of the contract in case of non compliance of any of the content of the tender, even after award of works. In case of NOT uploading the price bid in prescribed BOQ excel file, offered bid/tender shall be summarily rejected.
