Demolishing plain cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing Reinforced cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar at all levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. completeas per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Lead charges of all excavated material (All soils) to anywhere in RRCAT premises, by mechanical transport, including, loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(depth of excavation shall be measured from the existing average ground levels)

With approved quality murrum available from excavations within RRCAT premises by mechanical transport.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including hand mixing,consolidating, finishing, curing ,etc complete but excluding formwork and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings, walls and mass concrete

REINFORCED cement concrete at all levels in M-20 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete at all height as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of prefered make, having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.)

NOTE: Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Fe 250 as per IS at all levels including welding, two coat painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and preferred make as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in superstructure at all levels including double scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.,

Half Brick masonry using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in C.M. 1:4 at all levels, including curing, raking out joints etc. complete as supports to kitchen platform, shelves, cupboards, flower beds etc. completeas per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Supplying & laying ROUGH FLAG STONE FLOORING of 30mm ± 5mm average thickness over a bed of 150mm thick murrum to proper slope including earthwork excavation and back filling with 150mm thick murrum, cutting the edges to proper lines and sunk pointing with cement mortar 1:3 including providing 15mm x 10mm groove longitudinally & crosswise, curing and disposing of unserviceable materials within 50m lead etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting the Old exterior walls and roof at all levels with two coats of preffered make exterior paint of preffered make appoved shade including preparing the surfaces by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating surface with anti-fungus chemical wherever required,filling holes with putty, scaffolding etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting On steel surfaces work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges only for fabricating structural steel work including plates at all levels including material transportation to site of work from Deptt. Stores, cutting to required size, fabricating including welding as required, erecting in position cost of electrodes of approved make, gas, necessary scaffolding, painting with a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
