Taking down old unserviceable window type Air Conditioner alongwith connected items, shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Split type Air Conditioner alongwith connected items, shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' locally best available bricks, having compressive strength 75Kg/sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be used in BOQ Item no. 4 and 5)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 230 volt, 50 Hz, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Celling fan of any capacity, dismantling the blades, rod, frame complete shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Exhaust fan of any capacity, dismantling the blades, rod, frame complete shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan of any make /any model of sweep upto 1400 mm including assembling of blades, rod and connecting up with and including 3 core, 1 sqmm twisted flexible copper conductor cable (minimum 1.20 meters) from ceiling rose to fan connector, writing MES number on fan (as per standard practice) after collecting and shifting of fan from MES store yard located within five KM from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Fan shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only)

Fixing only Exhaust fan of any make /any model of sweep upto 450 mm including assembling of blades, frame by grouting of & including suitable size nuts, bolts, washers/ hole fastners and connecting up with and including 3 core, 1 sqmm twisted flexible copper conductor cable (minimum 1.20 meters) from ceiling rose to fan connector, writing MES number on fan (as per standard practice) including fixing of louvers after collecting and shifting of fan from MES store yard located within five KM from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Fan shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only)

Taking down old unserviceable water cooler after disconnecting electrical system and connected items of any capacity and any type complete shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for installation of water cooler of any capacity / any make/ any model including making of electrical connection and water connection (for water cooler) after collecting and shifting of water cooler from MES store yard located within five KM from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Water cooler shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only)

Taking down old unserviceable Voltage Stablizer of 5 KVA Capacity of any make/model complete shifting and stocking at MES store yard within five KM radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for installation of Voltage Stablizer of 5 KVA capacity of any make / any model including all fixing accessoris, input & output electrical connection after collecting and shifting of Voltage Stablizer from MES store yard located within five KM from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Stablizer shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only)

Taking down existing unservicebale service main / sub main wiring complete all as specified from electric poles to service brackets, wall etc. including removing of unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing two single core ,6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) including 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 2 way with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and earth link including 01 No 32 Amps MCB SPN C Curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
