Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Collection and Supply of Gravel from Approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc, complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Weathering coarse concrete using 20mm size broken brick jelly with in pure slaked lime over the RCC Roof in the proportion of 32:12 1/2 by volume laid in layer beating the concrete with the wooden batters etc a per standard specifications

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles size of 23 x 23 x 2cm using CM1:3 mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with cement mortor 1:3 etc., complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc,

Paving the floor with scratch proof vertified tiles of size 600 x 600 8mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40Kg per Sqm. Mixed wih colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including cost and conveyance of all mateials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.4Kg/Sqm curing etc, complete compllying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3Kg/Sqm etc, complete complying with standard specification

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
