Annual routine maintenance of Harbour Sub-Division Office at ALHW, Rangat Bay for the year 2026-27.

Facilitation in Office works in implication with Highly Skilled workmen (08 Hour Per day per No.) for assisting in works at Harbour sub-division, ALHW, Rangat Bay. Works includes assisting in various office and technical works, general office assistance in Civil, IT, and Electrical etc, to support in skill management and assistance in the Harbour Sub-Division office, typing and drafting correspondences in English and Hindi, preparation of bills, general tasks as directed by officers at the Building Sub-Division Office and any other miscellaneous work that may be assigned from time to time as directed by EIC, including cost of all Labour charges, GST and LWC etc., complete. (All multitask works).

Facilitation in office works in implication with 01 No of skilled mandays (08 Hour Per day per No.) for assisting in office works at Harbour Sub-division office at Rangat Bay. Works includes attending computer typing, Maintaining all office records, preparation of Progress Reports, all monthly reports and correspondence letter and diary/dispatch etc., as directed by EIC, including cost of all labour charges, GST and LWC etc., complete (All Multitask Works)
