Supply of 210 mts. (including end loose at both ends) of 22KV (E) 3C x 95 sq mm, Aluminium core XLPE insulated armoured UG cable as per IS 7098/part-II/1985 without any joint.

Supply of 2 Nos. of heat shrinkable long sleeve outdoor type end termination kit suitable for 22 KV(E), 95Sq mm, Aluminum core XLPE UG cable with all accessories

Supply of RCC trough as specified in the drawing enclosed

Supply and laying of Cast Iron pipe of 150 Dia. as per IS.1239/part-1/2004 for cable crossing of drains, road, sanitary and water supply lines and as required in Bituminous Road (Road Cross / Drain Cross).

Supply and erection of 150mm GI pipe at JVS street on concrete road along the canal with proper coupling and 'L' bend. All the GI pipe erected in ground should be covered with cement concrete.

Supply and erection of 150mm GI pipe for pole raising at HT cable termination points along with suitable pole clamps set for rigid fixing the 150mm GI pipe etc.

Labour charges for Laying of 92 mts. of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 22KV of size 3 x 95 Sq.mm direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 1.0 m (W) x 1.2m (D), sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road (Road Cross / Drain Cross)

Labour charges for Laying of 6 mts. of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 22KV of size 3 x 95 Sq.mm through C.I Pipe including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough and refilling the trench etc. as required in Bituminous Road (Road Cross / Drain Cross).

Labour charges for providing of 30mts.end loose of 22KV 3 x 95 Sq.mm, XLPE cable at both ends.

Labour charges for Laying of 70mts.of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 22KV of size 3 x 95 Sq.mm,and its allied works through G.I pipe on the conrete road along the canal.

Labour charges for Laying of 12mts.of one run of XLPE power cable of grade 22KV of size 3 x 95 Sq.mm,and its allied works for pole raising at both ends.

Labour charges for provision of heat shrinkable outdoor type cable end termination kit suitable for 11 KV 3 x 95 sq mm XLPE HT UG cable

Supply and concreting of 4 nos. of route marker/cable joint marker plates at the locations as directed by the Engineer in charge (i.e for every 50 mts. a marker and to locate cable joint) as specified in Tender specification.

Transporting of HT UG cable and other required materials to site and devolution of balance materials from site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Removal of excess wastage / debris from the site.

Preparation and supply of 5 copies of cable route layout drawing pasted using fevicol adhesive on cloth in the Scale of 1:5000 and submission of test report, Contractor's completion certificate and commissioning of 11 KV cables as specified in the Tender specification.
