Conversion of border security fencing from phase-II/III to new design fence in West Bengal Between BP. No. 243/MP to 764/2-S (Length 210.028km). SH- In various stretches from BP. No. 355/2-S to 357/1-S (4.725 km) 361/M to 365/M (6.2329 km), 385/2-S to 385/5-S (0.800km), near BP. No 399/8-R (0.030 km) , 401/6-S to 402/2-S (0.180 km) and 409/5-S to 417/8-S (15.383 km) (Total Length 27.447 km including intermediate BOPs, reverine structures like bridges, culverts, including gaps in fences and length of existing old fences which are not in the scope of this work etc.) along Indo Bangladesh Border in the district of Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. (Pakage-V) in EPC Mode-III.

Manufacturing, supplying, erection, commissioning & handing over of New Design Fence and Gatesincluding all accessories RBT / CC Coil on the newly executed concrete pavement of two layers of 100 mm thickness each of specified grade with PVC single socketed pipe at specified length all in EPC Mode–III, all as per the Scope of Work and Particular Specifications and Drawings attached. The scope of work also includes: - 1. The execution of all allied works like demolishing of existing old fence and its removal from the site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and demolishing of existing old pavements, preparation of embankment with earth as per CPWD specifications, extension of cross drainage works which includes extension including repairing of existing pipe/box culverts, construction of wing wall, guide wall, apron, head wall, brick work, laying of pipes on newly prepared bed, and with grill gate at the opening of culvert finished with epoxy paint etc, marking of culvert with black Japan paint as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge on all the extended cross drainage works, slope protection and other related works required for stability of embankment etc. listed in the “Scope of Work” all complete in compliance with specifications of items listed in “Particular Specification and SOP” and executed as per the layout / sectional drawings provided in the “Details of Drawings” all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - The deviation limit for this scope of work shall be applicable on the length of executed New Design Fences only.
