Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone filling / Soling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical rammer to required level as per HPPWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.:-(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts. Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan, in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(c) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Column, pillars, posts and struts in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

c) Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in Super-structure for all floors in all heights.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights using second class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) in Ist class bricks in Super-structure for all floors in all heights including curing complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position with Hard/ Sal wood in all floors level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40 x 3 mm(forty into three millimetre) flat iron hold fast 40 cm(forty cetimetre) long including fixing to frame with 10 mm (Ten millimetre) dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x15 cm (Thirty into ten into fifteen) centimetre) in 1:3:6 (one cement :three sand :six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size ). including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and pannelled and glazed door shutter( in Second class Deodar wood having Top rail 10x4 cm (Ten into four centimetre) middle rail 15x4 cm (Fifteen into four centimetre) and bottom rail 20x4 (Twenty into four centimetre) cm sash bar 4x4 cm (Four into four centimetre) below middle rail and above middle rail 5 mm (Five millimeter) thick glass)i/c black enammelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc comp. 40 mm (Forty Five millimetre) thick as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point fifty six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestory windows including second class deodar wood ornamental beading 20 mm × 12.5 mm (Twenty millimeter into twelve point five millimeter) section including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) thick First class deodar wood as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 40mm thick

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing white/coloured glazed tiles 6 mm ( six millimetre) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado of approved make and size 30x45 cm (size thirty centimetre into forty five centimeter) over base of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointing with neat cement slurry complete as per HP. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.50mm thick.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm (Seventy five millimeter) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and 50 mm (Fifty millimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size including finishing the top surfaces of concrete smooth as per HP. Conustructing course rubble hammer dressed U shape open surface drain with side wall 15X22cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand)and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 including earth and laying 10cm concrete in 1:5:10 of 40mm nominal size and 7.5cm cement concrete 1:2:4 of 20mm nominal size and finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per standard design , including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand paper and knotting complete as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with ready mixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. with ready mixed paint other than White paint.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces, under coat with eith enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matters including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. with ready mixed paint other than white.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of Asian paints or equivlant of approved shade and manufacture on ceiling/slopping surfaces and undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
