Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. : All kinds of soil tentative size 1.5 M x 1 M x 170 M LENGTH.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. ( less 50 mm dia 60 nos of cables)

Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables, etc. in ordinary/hard rock exceeding 1.5 m in depth but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth upto 1.5 metre) Ordinary rock : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 450 mm dia (trench size tentaive 1.5 m X 15 m X 2.5 depth) ordinary rock

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Dismantling / Demolishing of Concrete floor manually / by mechanical (Breaker machine, etc.) means including disposal of surplus excavated soil to facilitate removal/laying of cable and means including disposal of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material to within 50-meterlead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver / Saber blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made including and stacking of serviceable material within 50-meterlead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (To facilitate removal/laying of cable)

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver /Saber blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern overhand including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zoneIII) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) M-15 grade of Concrete

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical and disposal of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material to within 50-meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In cement mortar
