Taking down complete of existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including padding concrete and removing debris all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane mineral finish 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade and connections, all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade and connections, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings fixed on wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade with all fittings fixed on wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floor/ wall/ ceiling etc including cleaning of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting the parapets of roof with RCC cutter only.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern tiles or similar pattern tiles on roof all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spaced exceeding 15cm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in sections in any position in unframed works all as specified and directed.

Roof Tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side, joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 hereinbefore but except tiles all as specified and directed. Note: The good quality of tile obtained from dismantled shall be reused as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ridge or Hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Second class hard wood clean sawn batten for MP tiles exceeding 5sq.cm and not exceeding 15sq.cm in sectional area at 15cm centres all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washers, in roofs walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed.

Second class hardwood as in scantling clean sawn, fixed to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of wooden surfaces and applying two coats creosete oil over wooden surfaces all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wrought Iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle) including distance pieces, cleats etc.of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceilings over priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over one coat in two layers of putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulation pannels 10mm thick with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium / G.I / MS all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Powder coated aluminium door, window, ventilator frame with side hunf including bombay sliding aluminum sections sliding window where required or pull and push type in frames and shutters with two track sliding aluminium frame and in partitions, Make : Jindal or equivalent of approved size incluidng necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, including necessary anodised aluminium fittings like handles, locking arrangements etc., complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, and ceiling like chajja/ roof projection etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scaffolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings till plaster/ pointing and finishes.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar, not previously plastered and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scafolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings till plaster/ pointing and finishes.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10+5mm) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement), mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scafolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings inclusive of working of item No 50& 51 hereinbefore. 2. Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separaterly.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (Anti Fungal) white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scafolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings.
