R.C.C. work in ratio 1:2:4 with cement coarse sand and 20mm size stone ballast foundation including the cost of all labour and material and T&P required for proper competion of work.

12mm thick plaster in ratio of 1:4 with cement and fine sand wigth proper finishing and all labour and material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Filling of earth under the floor and cavity back filling including the cost of earth obtained from outside the corporation area for proper completion of work including filling and leveling etc.

First class brick work, soiling of flooring which including laying of brick and flat edge filling with sand in between the joints including preparation of base for laying of bricks including cost of all labour and material and T&P required proper completion of work.

Tor steel for RCC work such as reinforced cencrete or reinforced brick work (when not including in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary included bending for proper completion of work and including supply of 12 mm steel and macking its bend, beam, and authorized overlapping as required for proper completion of the work. and 8 mm Mildsteel (Extra Bar) for ring.
