Providing anti-termite treatment to the residential and non residential buildings of Kadra colony

Work experience: The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor in the last five financial years (i,e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26), at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of work of value not less than Rs.11.39Lakhs. The work done certificate issued from state / central Government / Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year).

Financial turnover: The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.22.78Lakhs in the last five financial years i,e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year).
