S &F SPN MCB, 32A, 10KA, 230 V for incomer of SPN DB 12 way all as specified and as directed.

External Water supply

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 600x600x600 mm (internal dia) suitable for 150 mm dia sluice valve with necessary earth work excavation plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 15 mm thick plastering 1:6 internally including flooring and externally rep to 15 mm below ground level plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping MS sheet cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet flat iron frame and bracing with locking arrangement applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including dismantling removing the existing damage chamber completely, removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 m distance depositing all as specified and as directed.

Refixing/relaying old CI/GI pipe upto 80 mm dia connections in new location (in trenches ) obtained from Schedule 'A' Part- XIV for rerouting of existing water mains pipe including threading, rethreading and fittings all as specified and as directed. Note :-Excavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

External electrification

Supply and fix double wall corrugated, High Density Polymer Ethyl pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 90 mm outer dia and 76 mm inner dia with IS : 14930 (Part 2) : 2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed (For cable 3.5x70 sqmm).

Supply and fix double wall corrugated, High Density Polymer Ethyl pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia with IS : 14930 (Part 2) : 2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as speicified and as directed (For cable 4x16 sqmm & 2x10 sqmm).

Taking down of LT under ground cable of size above 3.5x25 sqmm up to 150 sqmm from trenches /pole/wall etc for rerouting including repair if any and jointing at site including relaying at the new location complete. Note :-Excavation and earth work including DWC pipe for laying cable where required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item all as speicified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC junction box IP 65 Protection of size 0.200 M x 0.250 M x 0.115 M complete with 1 No of MCB SP 2.5 Amps & 4 way industrial connector including Clamp made out of MS flat 30X5 mm, connection from junction box to street light fitting with three single core PVC insulated , PVC sheathed wire 2.5 Sqmm copper & PVC Conduit 20 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light Energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having IP65 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device. outdoor 35/36 W including driver all as speicified and as directed.

Supply and Erection of 25W Solar All in one street light. Having light source 25 W with Solar panel 45W (Mono) with PIR Sensor, panel having IP 66. Dimension 940X305X140 mm. Lum/Watt-120 lm/W Full load working 3000 lm. Less load working 990 lm. Having visual angle 120 degree. Color temperature 6000k-6500k. full power working time > or = 10 hrs, saving mode > or = 48 hrs. Supply and Erection of 5m Hot Dipper Galvanised pole with base plate and grouting of foundation bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, test and Commissioning CPRI approved factory fabricated, out door type, LT Pannel Board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet with projected globe roof for rain water protection dust and Vermin Proof , Double door with both side opening including Neoprene Rubber Gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate complete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embedded with 50X50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 750 mm above the Normal Ground Level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after Installation including complete all as specified and as directed.

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Supply and fix Refrigerator etectric driven (single phase), 265 liter, smart inverter type compressor, stabilizer free operation, 230 V, BEE 3 Star rated all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer or automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA. Make V gaurd/ Microteck & its equivalant all as specified and as directed.

Demolition

Taking down carefully old aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) from site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down submain wiring Aluminium/copper of any size including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing MCB DB TPN/SPN (Sheet metal enclouser) of any capacity and size and removing from site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantle the street light fitting from LT street light pole/bldg and diposit to AGE E/M (Gomantak) storeyard safely for keeping in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing junction box from street light pole of any capacity and size and removing from site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantle the old LT UG cable of any size removing from site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old GM gate valve 25 mm diaall as specified and as directed.

Internal water supply

S & F 32 mm dia PVC gate valve all as specified and as directed.

S & F 25 mm dia PVC gate valve all as specified and as directed.
