APPENDIX- 3A

PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS

(Refer Clause C 2.2(d) and C 15.1 of ITT)

1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:

1. The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Appendix-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.

2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.

3. It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-3A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid.

4. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect.

PREAMBLE

The bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Employers Requirements and other related documents.

The BoQ1 Consists of "Schedule A" for "Repair & Replacement of ECS Ducting at Underground Metro Stations for Line 2&3 of DMRC." The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule A are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 10 of SCC.

Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (₹) only. Tenderers are required to be quoted percentage (%) Excess/Less in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 sheet.

If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item / Schedule of items, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected.

Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.

The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates/ percentages shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates/ percentages in BOQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/tender submission.

The actual work executed against all the BOQ items as detailed in tender document would be paid on accepted rates as per payment Clause 13 of SCC.

The price offer in BOQ shall be given without considering any deviation mentioned in Appendix-3 of FOT i.e, price in this box shall be quoted as per tender conditions.

Schedule-A

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply, installation, and commissioning of site-fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, vanes, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and specifications:

Supplying and fixing 50 mm thick aluminium foil faced resin bonded fibre glass insulation (on duct ) of density 24 kg/cu.m or mineral wool insulation(non combustible) of density 44 kg/cu m after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) sealing all joints with self adhesive aluminium tape & covering with 0.63mmx19mm GI wire mesh netting butting all joints and laced with GI wire complete as per specifications and as required. (for indoor applications).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Motorized (ON-OFF Type) duct mounted GI volume control damper with enthalpy sensor and necessary control wire (minimum 1.5 sqmm) for integration within AHU room

Dismantling of existing rusted ducts and other associated item and cutting them into small pieces as per site requirements.

Scaffolding charges to carry out the dismantling of existing ducts and installation of new ducts at various rooms of stations at different level or as per site requirements. This work includes transportation of scaffolding at work site as and where required and also shifting from one location to other.

Supplying and Fixing of powder coated extureded aluminium supply air grill with aluminium volume control damper as per specifications

Supplying, Fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.
