SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (BUILDING WORKS) SPL REPAIR T-III AND SINGLE JCOs ACCN 8 AR (CHASSAD) Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete as per direction of engineer in charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade finishing two or more coats applying @3.28 ltr /10 sqm including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm on new plastered surface wall (ref item 01)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade one or more on old work ie(Steel surface).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface providing one or more coats.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fastener shall be paid for separately) Second class teak wood.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hookes,bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumin and G.I limpet Primer and two coats of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete(up to any pitch in horizontal/ vartical or curved surface),excluding the cost of purlins,rafter and trusses and including cutting to size and shap wherever required,0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less then 275 gm/m

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose Cement board (High Pressure steam cured)as per IS:14862,with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc.complete(frame work to be paied separately),6 mm thick.

Renewing glass panes and refixing exixting wooden fillets ,float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

35 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC Door shutter, made out of single piece extruded soild PVC profiles, 5mm (+- 0.2 mm) thick,having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mmx 35 mm x 5 mm, out of which 75 mm shall be falat and 20mm shall be tapered (on both side), having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power, including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm x 20 mm x 1 mm, joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement self driven self tapping screws & M.S rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm of cross section 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each corner, Single piece extruded 5 mm thick solid PVC Lock rail size 115 mm x 35 mm, out of which 75 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends, having 156 mm solid core in middle of rail section integrally extruded, fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self tapping screw of 125 mm x 11 mm, including providing 5 mm Single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel, all complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing cup bord shutter 25mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer partical board or gradded wood partical board IS:12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade I Type II), having one side decorative laminitation and other side blancing lamination, including llnd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x 12 mm thick with necessary screw and bright finished stainless piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I bracket,15 mm C.P brasspillar taps,32 mm C.P brass waste of standard pattern,including painting of fittings and brackets,cutting and making good the walls white Vitreous China Wash basin size 630 x 450 nn with pairs of 15 mm C.P brass pillar taps.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) Kitchen sink as per IS :13983 with C.I bracket and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and bracket,cutting and making good the wall 510 x 1040 mm bowl depth 225 mm.

Providing and fixing P.V.C wast pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C wast fittings complete 32 mm dia.

Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25 mm thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass bracket fixed with C.P brass screw and wooden pluge,etc , wherever necessary complete,20mm dia.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer humber door shutter confirming to IS:14616 and TAADS IS:2001 (Part -B),incl ISI marked black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws as per direction of FPT IS : 3087 marked bonded with BWP type Synthetic resin and adhesive as per IS:848.

25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 x 25 mm or less as per requirment with an average wall thickness of 01 mm (+- 0.3 mm). PVC foam end of size 23x10 mm are provide on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.Stube hinge dimension 19mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (+- 0.1 mm)isinserted along the hinge side of the door.Core of thedoor shutter should be filled with High Density polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end -cap of the size 25 mm x 11 mm.Door shutter shall be reinforced with specal polymeric renforcement as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge to take up necessary hardware fixture. Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed windows or ventilators side/top/center hung with beanding and all members such as K11B and K12B etc. complete of standard rolled steel section,joints mitred and flush butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted with 15 x 3 mm lugs,10cm long,embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 x 10 cm of 1:3:6 incl providing fixing of hinges, pivols,float glass panes with glaring clips and special metal sash putty of approved steel primer excluding coast of all.

White washing with lime to give even shad (two or more coat) old after preparation of old surface by remaining old by scrapping ,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats) after removing old bound distemper,by scrapping sand papering and prepering the surface smooth incl necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (two or more coat applied @1.67/10sqm )on existing cement paint surface.

Dimolition RCC chajja (broken chajjas) manually means incl stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicable material within 50m lead as per direction of engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering incl strutting propping etc and removal of from work for RCC chajjas.

Reinforced cement concert work in beams, suspended flars shelves,chajjas etc up to floor five level excluding cost of shuttering , finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

15mm cement plaster on raugh side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

SCHEDULE `A' PART -III (BLDG WORK) SPL REPAIR LIKE ROOF TREATMENT 8 AR (CHASSAD) Dismantling old plaster/racking out surface and cleaning the RCC roof surface for plastering incl disposal of rubish to the dumping ground with in 50 m lead.

20 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine sand)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like reataining walls of the basement ,watertank ,roof slabs,podiums,reservior,swage & water treatment plant ,tunnels/Subway and bridge deack etc .,prepared by mix ing in the rataio of 5:2 (5 parts intregral crystalline slurry :2 part water)for vartical surface and 3:1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry :1 part water)for horizontal surface and applying the same from negative (internal)side with the help of synthetic fiber brush.The material shell meet the requirments as specified in ACI-212-3R-210 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more then 90% compared with compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capabale of self - healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm . The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand :4 grade stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement sullary,but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

SCHEDULE `A' PART -V (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) SPL REPAIR 02 X SM BK D/S AND SMB 09, 8 AR (CHASSAD) Wiring for light point/fan point /exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit,with piano type switch , phenolic laminated sheet , suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sq.mm .PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit ,2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm ER PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed PVC Conduit as required.
