Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards of any description, any thicknes including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified.

S & F solid PVC wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain finish PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.( Note: Fillets and lipping shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule)

S & F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling on to wall as in framed work for wall panelling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC leeping of 5mm thick wood grain finish PVC sheet is heat bent as lipping on the edges of doors, windows & other edges inclusive of solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for exposed GI frame/grid system duly powder coated for module size of 600 x 600 mm suitable for lay-in aluminium / mineral fibre ceiling tiles, having main T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C and cross T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 600mm C/C with interlocking arrangements to form grid of 600 x 600mm, perimeter runner/channel of 15 mm size, main and cross T runner supported by 4mm dia GI rod from slab / Roof, wall angle etc with and including all fixing accessories and making good of distrubed wall surfaces with POP and one coat of oil emulsion distemper, as required to match the existing surfaces, complete all as directed. ( Note: Ceiling Tiles shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule)

M&L for aluminium false ceiling, lay-in type, 0.7 mm thick, having tegular edge profile, duly powder coated, perforated type with glass fibre acoustic fleece, suitable for false ceiling grid/frame module of 600 x 600mm size, complete all as directed. (Note : The grid /frame shall be measured and paid for separetly under the respective item of this schedule.)

Supply & fixing of false ceiling in step (s) comprising of 12 mm thick Gypsum board including GI frame work for seamless ceiling made of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 M length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as directed. (Note: The rates quoted by the tenderer shall inclusive of GI frame work , Gypsum board and treating the board with palstic emulsion complete and nothing extra shall be paid and mesured on this account)

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured digital with glosy finish tiles 300mmx600mm and 8 to 9 mm thick in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 4 on brick work or concrete surfaces walls for fixing of tiles complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as directed.

M & L for applying one layer of wall care putty to new plastered surface of average 1.0mm thick layer and preparation the surface with emery paper to achieve smooth surface complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls surfaces and applying two coat of wall care putty, first layer 0.50mm & second layer 0.50mm thick on plaster surface of wall and preparation the surface with fine emery paper to achieve smooth surrfce, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller on wall surface over a coat of primer, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.50 Sqm but n .exc 4.00 sqm each

Dismantling of boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified.

S&F100x44x1.5mm aluminium powder coated section as in chowkhats of with rebate complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixing of aluminium door shutter powder coated of extrusion aluminium section, Vertical style of door shutter of size 85mmx44.45mmx1.5mm thick. Top, middle and bottom rail of size 85mmx44.45x1.5mm thick and fixing plain/tinted sheet glass or ACP sheet with aluminium beading and rubber gasket/beading as directed One mortice lock for aluminium door (each), and three nos aluminium hinges of size 100mm of and two aluminium tower bolts of 250mm size of each door fixed with rawl plug including rectification of floor/wall to match the existing surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. (Note : sheet glass Plain/frosted/ACP Sheet shall be measured and paid seprately )

M&L for 5.5 mm thick plain glass fixed with beading in aluminium frame all as specified.

S&F 5mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP Sheet) including necessary clips, rubber packing & aluminium beading (aluminium frame ) all as specified.

S & F in repair for door closer, Aluminium (die cast) body,hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, unversal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg
