Providing, fabricating, assembling, erecting and installing, approved Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) cladding system to interior wall surfaces as per drawings comprising of pre-fabricated GFRG panels (of approved brand, colour, shade, and in required architectural prismatoid profile / triangular prism shaped profile and pattern) of size varying from 1200mm to 1800mm with joints finished in GFRG powder material. The panel sizes / joint lines shall match with the pattern alignment as shown in the elevations. The GFRG panels shall conform to ASTM C1355, C1381 or corresponding BIS standards. The GFRG panels of sizes ( height = 1.5m and width= 1 to 1.2m) shall be fabricated by precision made moulds in required prismatoid profile, 20mm thick and minimum lateral projection / depth of 300 mm including additional thickness at edges for connection all as per approved shop drawings, conforming to manufacturer's guidelines and as per the directions and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of : Primary frame work : M.S. primary frame work as per approved shop drawings shall be fixed to the RCC concrete members of the main building structure using approved anchor fasteners. Supporting secondary frame work : Shall be as per approved shop drawings , bolted / screwed to the primary MS frame works. Installation of Steel framing members to receive screw-attached GFRG panel products shall conform to ASTM C754 specifications. Installation of GFRG panels: GFRG panels shall be screwed into the supporting framework as per approved shop drawings. The moulded GFRG panels shall be installed conforming to ASTM C1467 specifications. Finishing of GFRG panels : Application and finishing of GFRG panels shall conform to ASTM C840 specifications. Note : The rate shall include the cost of all materials including supporting secondary framework, additional stiffeners / supports, testing, tools and equipment, transport to the site, cutting and fabricating to required size, shape and profile, assembling and installation to the required position, all accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers, anchors, treatment of joints, approved sealants, cleaning with polish paper post installation, necessary scaffolding / staging for all heights, leads and levels etc. complete as per approved shop drawings, technical specifications and as per the directions and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : a) Shop drawings for GFRG panels to be finalised by the agency for heights of 7.5 m , 2.66 m and other heights and lengths as per site requirements. b) All the shop drawings to be finalised by the agency within 15 days after the award of work. c) Primary structural steel work and its painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. d) Elevational surface area (in girthed profile as per architectural profile) shall be measured for payment.
Providing, fabricating, assembling, erecting and installing, approved pigmented Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) cladding system to wall / column/ soffit surfaces of Entrance Vestibules, comprising of 20 mm thick pre-fabricated GFRC panels (of approved brand, colour, shade, size and in required architectural profile and pattern) with joints finished in GFRC powder material. The panel sizes / joint lines shall match with the alignment as shown in the elevations. The GFRC panels shall conform to corresponding IS standards. The entire cladding system shall include for the supporting structural steel framework and generally comprise of the following : GFRC panel Cladding installed on to approved M.S.Structure framing with SS 316 undercut anchors which shall be held by aluminium clamps as shown in the drawings. The panels shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The GFRC panels shall be coated/ pigmented to red sand stone colour/ finish or approved equivalent using approved inorganic pigments of approved make, colour and 20mm thick panels with outer GFRC frame of 50mm thickness and having the requisite shape & grooves and mechanically fixed to the MS framing structure along with aluminium clamp assembly and other consumable accessories. Note : The rate shall include the cost of all materials including supporting secondary framework, additional stiffeners / supports, testing, tools and equipment, transport to the site, cutting and fabricating to required size, shape and profile, assembling and installation to the required position, all accessories such as corrosion resistant stainless steel 316 grade fastening materials like aluminium clamps, anchors, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, clamps, casting sockets, brackets etc. required for fixing the framing members to the main structure, treatment of joints, approved sealants, cleaning post installation, necessary scaffolding / staging for all heights, leads and levels etc. complete as per approved shop drawings, technical specifications and as per the directions and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : a) All the shop drawings to be finalised by the agency within 15 days after the award of work. b) Primary structural steel work and its painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. c) Elevational surface area (as per architectural profile) shall be measured for payment.
Supplying and fixing ETA approved steel galvanized chemical anchor fasteners of approved make, size and quality to RCC work or any approved locations, designed to full capacity, standard embedment, and fixed with hammer drilled installation method including drilling holes of adequate diameter, cleaning, grouting, making the damaged wall surface good, necessary scaffolding / staging etc. complete all as per approved shop drawings, manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The anchor shall be of minimum 5.8 steel grade, galvanized to minimum 5 microns. The manufacturer shall submit anchor design report based on design loads & other parameters as provided by the project consultant. The chemical anchors shall be designed for full capacity and embedment length as specified in accordance with EOTA-TR-029 “guidelines for anchorage of chemical anchors for use in concrete” for approval from the Engineer-in-charge. 10mm diameter with embedment length of about 90mm and total length of 110mm.
