Tender for Construction of New Conference Room including Interior works at BPCL Gonda Depot 1) The work shall be executed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship, to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2) All materials and supplied items shall be of approved makes/brands only and shall be subject to the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3) Supply, installation, and display of the ACM paneling and Conference Room fascia/name signage shall be within the scope of the vendor. 4) The vendor shall obtain approval from the Engineer-in-Charge for the design of the POP work, false ceiling, lighting layout, paint colour scheme, wall paneling, and the overall conference room layout before commencement of the work. ok
