SITC OF 1 NO. 16 KVA OUTDOOR TYPE TRANSFORMER SUB STATION FOR BTS SITE AT PHULNAKHARA UNDER CUTTACK SSA UNDER BSNL ELECTRICAL DIVISION, CUTTACK.

Supply of 16 KVA, BIS Level - II single phase, 50Hz, Oil immersed naturally air cooled (ONAN) type aluminium wound core type Transformer with neutral broughtout in accordance with IS for earthing of 11000 V/230 Volts continuously rated complete with first filling of oil. The Trnasformer shall have cable termination box on LV side and suitable bushings on HV side (Comply with IS 2026/IEC 60076-1977 as ammended upto date and as per specification attached etc. as required i/c installation of the transformer on existing MS channels of single pole structure, connection of HT conductors in bushing site and LT cable in LT site and body and neutral earthing etc. complete as required.

Supply of Galvanized Wide Parallel Beam (WPB) poles with M.S./GI Base plate of 300mmX300mmX6mm thick welded at the base of pole etc. as required. (make- SAIL/Jindal/TATA/SS-ISI), 160mmX152mm (30.44 Kg/Mtr) i/c erection of with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and fixing of following sizes Hot dipped Galvanised iron channel / angle /flat /V-cross arms with nuts , bolts and washers, etc. on DP structure / PSC pole Including cutting, welding, drilling holes, fabricating etc. as required. a) 100mm x 50mm x 6mm channel

b) 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle

c) 50mm x 6mm flat

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, off load, single break, double pole, horizontal type, gang operated air break switch having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase on the single pole structure complete with galvanised channel iron base, arcing horns, 25 mm dia. 6 mtr. long GI pipe, tinned copper wire braided flexible earthing & operating handle with locking arrangement etc. complete as required.

Supply Installation, testing and commissioning of 2 phase, 11 KV outdoor type Horn Gap Fuse unit having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase on the single pole structure complete with channel, cu-wire etc. as required. (one set comprising 2 units).

Supply & Erection of two piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 2 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply & Erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers on existing HT pole/ single pole structure etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation and testing of 11 KV, 70 KN disc insulator (B & S type) with galvanised insulator hard ware fittings, ball and socket type and complete with all hard wares i.e. galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as required.

Supply & Drawing of 55sqmm. AAA overhead conductor on pole, necessary binding with insulators, jumpering, making connection at both ends, etc. complete as required.

Supply & Erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 6mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing RCC ring of 300 mm dia and 450 mm depth enclosure with RCC cover plate having lifting arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm dia PVC pipe along with DP structure for insulating the earth strips of lightning arrestor etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as reqd. a) High Voltage size 250mm x 200mm

b) Medium Voltage size 200mm x 150mm

Supply and fixing of fencing arrangement for the transformer yard of 1.8 mtrs height above the ground level made of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle & 20 mm x 3 mm m.s flat & 8 SWG dia 75 mm x 75 mm square G.I wire netting i/c grouting the angle with 1:2:4 plain cement concrete of 300mm x 300mm x 450 mm depth, painting etc complete as reqd. The substation yard is to be surrounded at all sides by brick wall structure of size 250mm width x 600mm height with plastering the surface as required. The spacing between the angles shall not exceed 1.5 metres.

Supply and fixing of center opening door made of 25mm dia medium class G.I. Pipe & 8 swg dia 75 mm x 75 mm GI square wire mesh i/c providing hinges, locking arrangement, painting and supply of lock and keys etc. complete as per attached drawing as required.

Supply and spreading of sand of 100 mm depth and 50 mm size stone aggregate for the transformer yard of 100 mm depth etc. complete as required.

Supplying of 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket with conical pointed, painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on existing MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity including filling of sand etc. (one set comprising of 3 units).

Supply of the following sizes PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 650/1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 i/c transportation to respective sites etc. as required for replacement of faulty/burnt out cables. a) 2 core 16 sqmm

Laying/drawing of power cable upto 1.1kV grade of size 2 x 16 Sqmm of as per following manner as required. a). Directly in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

b). In the existing GI pipe.

c). On surface/recess as per specification.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a). 2 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

S/F of weather proof Cut out box made of 16 SWG MS sheet with hinged door, cutting, fabricating painting with two coats of primer & synthetic enamel paint, fixing on existing PSC pole/wall with suitable nut bolts, etc i/c S/F of 1 no neutral link etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of 63 Amps 415V Porcelain Fuse unit

Charges for making co-ordination and liasoning with supply company, local authorities, landlord, electrical inspecting authority etc. for various approval / permission required from permission & execution stage to commissioning of substation complete with arranging / submitting various test reports, drawings, prescribed forms to local authorities / supply company / Electrical Inspector (both for HT & MV) / meter testing authorities and to obtain satisfactory clearance certificate for charging of substation. Note : Application fees, Security, demand note charges, meter testing charges & Inspection fee shall be paid by BSNL.
