GO-AHEAD-SANCTION FOR RE-CONSTR/ RE-STRENGTHENING OF CERTAIN DAMAGE RETAINING WALL AT OLD MIL STN GANGTOK UNDER GE GANGTOK

Amount

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates on in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, concrete M-10 type C-2 as in retaining walls etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a)Same cross section of plum concrete retaining wall mentioned in TD Drg No SZ/TD/332/2015 Sheet No 1/1 as considered for PCC retaining wall.(b) Drawings can be seen in the office of the HQ 136 WE/GE Gangtok (during office hour) before quoting the rates.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for (except material) Hand packing using Broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of block masonry retaining wall and raising (or lowering ) to the required level complete all as specified. (Note:-Material shall be obtained from item No. 01.)

Returning filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc.500m and n.exc 1.50 km and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per no 11 above but 8 mm dia as in stirrups

M&L RCC M25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC band complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Formwork to faces of wall, retaining wall etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete (Flat) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /steps laid with and incl use and waste of form work and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete .

M & L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drain including forming fair finished to drain channel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm shall be considered in measurements calculation in MB).

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/ amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Note 3:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
