(v) Routine maintenance and servicing of Agitator of by using necessary lubricant, replacement of bush/bearing, aligning the shaft , key etc all as directed. (vi) Minor repair of PVC pipe line using necessary fittings such as socket , elbow etc to make plant functional. (vii) Fortnightly Cleaning of ELECTROLISER Cell of ENCEE CHLOR NC-400 plant with dilute Hydrochloric (HCL) solution Note : (a) Any spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply only & rate of fixing is deemed to be included under this item. (b) If any defect found in plant, contractor should rectify the defect with in 24 Hrs, if failed to rectify the decfect the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per plant per day. (c) All spares of dozing pump shall be purchased from original manufacturer as per existing make and type.

Sampling of non chlorinated water from various pump houses under AOR of AGE E/M WS Chakeri as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge and testing the water for bacteriogogical, Physical and chemical as per IS-1622 and 3025 from any Government/NABL approved laboratories and submission of test report to Engineer-in-Charge within 10 days of direction for testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Sampling shall be done by the authorised rep of the approved laboratory from whom the testing of water is to be carried out in presence of JE/Engineer-in-Charge.Test report shall be submitted. Payment shall only be made on satisfactory test results.

M & L for construction of valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces incl dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed.
