For Permanent and Exterior Joints the Paste of Sodium Silicate and Fly Ash / Cement to be Applied at Tongue and Groove Interlocking Joints and on Exposed Joints with Acrylic Putty and Fibre Tape on Both Side all as per design, drg and specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Structural steel used for support if any required shall be paid in relevant item) { Note:Necessary cut-outs for Doors & Windows shall be made in the wall panelling. Dismantling, Removing and refixing of existing Old Aluminium Roof and refixing the same after changing of Purlins with Stainless Steel SDST screws with washers.when drilling holes to insert mounting screws, the drill hole should be slightly larger than the screw diameter to allow for thermal expansion and over size metal washers to be used. Precautionary and safety measures shall be taken during the process to avoid accident as well as causing hinderances in the running plant. Necessary barricading , fencing if to be done shall be caried out as per directives of engineer in charge.
Supply and fixing of mill finish Aluminium Sheets matching to same profile as exisiting with SDST screws as mentioned in item no 28. The thickness of sheets shall be 0.90mm TCT in Aluminium natural mill finish in 3000 series alloy ( AA 3104, 3003, 3004). The profile shall be nearest match to the existing profile. The cost shall include all cost towards freight, tools and tacklels, loading, unloading , lifting, shifting and laying in position.
Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, posts etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including appling a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (i) Every possible precaution shall he taken to ensure that the damaged surface(s) shall be thoroughly clean, dry, free from condensation, moisture, dust, oil grease, rust, dirt and other contaminants before the application of the touch-up/repair processes. (ii) Blast cleaning and painting shall not be conducted when the surfaces are less than 3 °C above dew point or when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 85%. (iii) Any paint found to be incorrectly applied shall be removed and repainted to the appropriate painting/coating requirement. (iv) Surface preparation, whenever possible, shall be carried out by dry blast-cleaning. Where dry blast cleaning is not feasible due to limited access, risk of damage to equipment, light gauge steel, proximity to electrical or instrumentation components, hand or power tool cleaning shall be applied. This shall be followed by solvent cleaning prior to painting. Where the damaged surface being repaired lies adjacent to a previously coated surface, the cleaning shall extend to the surrounding coating by a minimum of 25 mm on all sides and the edges shall be "chamfered" to ensure continuity of the patch coating. (v) Appropriate protection, shields or screens shall be used to cover the remainder of the previously coated surface to prevent any possibility of damage to or contamination of the coating before starting any repair work.
Dismantling, Removing of existing tubes purlins with cleats and replacing the same with ZED Purlins in 200 x 2.00mm thick min HR in 345 MPa YS with copper slag blasting and DTM paint of avg 80 microns DFT epoxy paint in approved shade. The cost shall include deisgn of section size suitable based on building geometry, fabrication Supply and erection with cleats using Nuts and Bolts , Labors , tools and tackels, loading, unloading , lifting and fixing in position maintaining the same spacing as available for existing tubular purlins.
Supply of High tensile Conection Bolts for fixing of Purlins members & Sag Rods by machine bolts Gr. 4.6 steel conforming to IS 1363 with Zinc plated . The min size would be 12mm dia and set would be two washers and two nuts. The cost shall incliude freight, loading, unloading at site.
Supply and fixing of Sag Rods for Zed Purlins made of steel bars conforming to IS:2062 with a minimum yield strength of 240 Mpa and painted DTM paint of avg 80 mirons DFT Epoxy Paint in approved shade.

Wall cladding sheets at Gable end : The sheets shall be made out of CRCA high tensile steel in min 350 Mpa YS with hot dip alloy coating of 55% Alu, 43.5% Zinc and balance addictives comprising of AZ 150 Gsm of total coating mass both sides as per IS 15961 /AS 1397/ASTM A 792 M. The material shall be further paintedusing metashield special organic coating of avg 18-20 microns DFT Top coat over avg 5 microns primer on each surface and avg 5 microns in mill standard grey as per IS 15965. The profile depth shall not exceed 20mm and covered width shall be in range of 1000 - 1040mm. The sheets shall be fixed using SDST screws confirming to AS 3566 class 3 specifications on to Sub girt. The cost shall include Labour, material, Tools and tackles, Loading, Unloading, all hardwares and freight upto site. Only laid area shall be measured for payment.

Removing carefully the existing damaged Flush door shutters/ windows with frame ( if required) from its existing location without damaging any Vision glass, lock, doorcloser etc. Resizing the same for smooth operation to make floor touch free including strengthening the shutter by refixing the beeding with necessary nails etc,reshaping & refixing of the door as required, re-erecting and re-positioning the frame/ shutter at the same place, re- fixing all fitting such as MS hold fast,pull/ push handle, hinges, locking arrangement, towerbolt etc. complete with painting the rectified area to match with existing door paint all as required including making arrangements for fixing hold fast in the existing wall with concrete etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used. Note: Scaffolding will be paid seperately under relavent Item.
Repairs to the RCC structural members of concrete surface/RCC brackets with form finish, concrete finish using Super Fluid Micro Concrete general purpose approved grout powder using Roffe concrete repair or approved equivalent quality SFMC, item includes the operations of breaking cracked/spalled concrete members along the cracks and taking down the debris to ground level and stacking/ disposing of debris with in a lead of 50 mtr as directed ,exposing and cleaning the reinforcement bars thoroughly by tapping wire brushing emery papering and finally by chemicals such as acetone or eqvt.and washing the surface by waterjet to remove acetone and brushing subsequently and applying a protective coat of polymer and cement mixed in the ratio of 1:1.5 (1 polymer : 1.5 cement ) by volume to the reinforcement bars and casting /grouting with Super Fluid Micro Concrete in the proportion of grout and aggregate of quartz/granite rounded chips of size 6 mm down graded or eqvt in the ratio of 1 powder: 0.50 aggregate by weight (100 kg SFMC: 50 kg Quartzchips) including cost of double steel scaffolding and required Form work and removal of same (Only form work will be paid under relevant items) after grouting curing etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engr.- In-charge. Note: 1. Mode of measurement shall be in kg of SFMC powder consumed only. 2. SFMC powder will be supplied by Contractor. 3. Protective coat to reinforcement and bond coat over adjacent concrete surface are inclined in the item. 4. Reinforcement and Formwork for Jacketing shall be measured and paid under relevant item. 5. Fixing Weld mesh if required and same will be measured and paid under relevant item.
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. Dilute Indifil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated. 4. Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of Indofil. 7.Lay polycon based fibrous net (polyester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding. 8. Apply one more coat of INDOFIL binder & cement above fibre net. 9. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL- FlexCote -WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10.Test the surface for water tightness.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & levelling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC or Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 3 Jobs per day for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job. (5) Person should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.

In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 (one)/2 (two) Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.
Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shovels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade, raincoats, safety shoes, etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work allotted by Project Engineer from time to time.

Panels shall be manufactured by Hunders Douglas or approved equivalent quality of size 575 mm x 575 mm of approved colour in 0.70 mm thick Aluminium Alloy 3105 with square edges Tiles to be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment Three times of oven baked through conversion coating , priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. Inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a topcoat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24 mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200 mm centre to centre. The 24 mm cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600 mm centre to centre and further supported with 24 mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4 mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500 mm centre to centre.provision for lights, diffusers etc to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers.
