Dragging of pole from JE Dump Store to site

Erection of Stay set of 16x1800 mm rod duly painted with red oxide,anchor plate, thumble turn buckle and stay insulate etc. digging of pit of size of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 m for grouting 1:3:6 cement concrete, with stay of size 7/8 SWG, nuzzling & Grouting.

Stringing and sagging of 11 KV line with ACSR Weasal Conductor including nuzzling binding and jumpering (weasal conductor will be provided by the department)

Installation of Mounting of Following capacity of Transformer including its connection between 11 KV and LT Line mounting of copper L-Pieces, provinding Crimping type Aluminium lugs of required size.( All the material except transformer will be arranged by the contractor)

Errection of Substation type double pole with PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long including mounting of Top Channal Dropper Channel, base angle with clamps with nut & bolt 33/11 KV line including grouting of support and plinthing 300 mm above ground level, fitting of 33/11 KV pin & Pin insulator. 1/6 of total lenght of poles will remain under the ground and planted on stone pad of Size 300x300x75 MM.

Stringing and Sagging of LT 3x50 ABC Cable (LT ABC Cable will be provided by the department)

Earthing of pole with MS Earthing.

Provinding & Fixing of various type materials. All materials shall be supplied by the contractor.

Concreating and pilinthing of ST& PCC Pole 18x24 CM.

Fabricate with hole suitable size in steel items, receive from central store light as top channel/dropper channel sub station base angle etc.

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wiremesh fancing of size 5+3 & 2.0 M height around Transformer and with retaining wall & 1 no. gatewith locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron of size 50×50×6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. The panel must be supported with MS Glat of size 50×6 mm. Wirremesh of size 10 SWG rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESSPO. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost).

Construction of massionary type tranformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m with brick ,cement,coarse sand , sand & brick ballast. Filling of sand in the hollow space , plastering , outer surface in ration 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4" thickness grouting of 2 nos MS Channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer . All material shall be supplied by the contractor.
