Taking down carefully point wirings with PVC aluminium conductors cables in PVC conduits /TW Batten including switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lampholders & regulators complete ( for light , fan, sockets or power ) removing materials from site , taken as credit , and making good the disturbed surfaces , all as specified and as directed. Note: Credit for switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lampholders & regulators will be measured separately.

Material &and Labour for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sq.mm size multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables and one single core 1.5 Sq.mm size green colour PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor,1100 volts grade, complete drawn in and including rigid PVC CONDUIT and conduit accessories of size 25mm bore, confirming to IS specifications, fixed on wall/ceiling/trusses with suitable clamps , screws etc., including 1.22 mm thick MS terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc.,including connecting up and testing , all as specified and as directed for the following:- Note: switch , socket, fan regulator etc.shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in position at various/different locations, earth pit cover of pre-cast in RCC (1:1.5:3) mix, using 20mm graded crush stone aggragate type A-1 and reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm, for replacing broken/unserviceable pit cover, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position at various/different locations, funnel alongwith wire mesh and replacing existing unserviceable item, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, porcelain supporting insulator of as per existing size/adequate size fixing, on wall/roof for supporting the lightning arrester earthing strips, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only, testing of earth resistance value using megger and record the reading in register, and retesting and record the reading after making arrangement as to achieve earth resistance with in permissible limit with help of saline water, salt, charcoal, magnesium suphate etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Note: Salt, charcoal/coke, magenesium suplhate (MgSO4), shall be measured and paid for separately as material and labour under relevant items.

Material & labour for brazing/ soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the copper strip of size 20mmx3mm and 25mmx3mm as earthing lead, including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments, and reconnecting, after repair/brazing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for foundation etc, including use and waste necessary form work, and fair finishing the expose surfaces using extra cement @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Supply of salt and mixing in water, and pouring into earth pit through watering pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity as to maintain earth resistance value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Supply of Charcoal/coke powder, mixing in water and pouring into earth pit through water pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity to maintain earth resistant value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Supply of magnesium sulphate (MgSO4), mixing in water and pouring into earth pit through water pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity to maintain earth resistant value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.
