Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of of size 595x595 mm in truehorizontal level suspended on inter locking Gyproc metal grid ofhot dipped galvanized steel sections(galvanized @ 120 gms /sqm, both sideinclusive) consisting of 3600mm long main "T" runner size 24x32mm and0.30mm thick, 1200mm long cross "T" of size 24x25mm and 0.30mm thick,600mmsecondary cross "T" of size 24x25mm and 0.30mm thick and PPGIwall angle of size 24x24mm and 0.4mm thick. Bottom exposed capping ofwidth 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI .Wall angle is fixed along the perimeters of the ceiling to Walls, partitions orcolumns etc with rawl plugs and wooden screws at 300mm centers. Main"T" runners are then suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 8 mm dia and 45mm long dashfasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips ofsize 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at max1200mm centerto center along mainT,and not more than 150mm from spliced joints. The last hanger at the endof each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. Then 1200mm long cross"T" is interlocked between the main "T" at600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and then secondarycross “T" of length 600mm is then interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm grid to form grids of 600x600mm. Cross Tees at the ends having lengthmore than 600mm are to be supported independently. Finally Gyproc 8mm thick tiles of size 595x595 havingfoil on back side & PVC paper on front side wrapped around edges to be placed in grid .
