Supply and fixing battery duly charged 12 V, 7.2 AH. Make: EXIDE or as per exixting make at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Zone cards. or as per exixting make at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Replacement of manual call point suitable for addressable system duly painted in red colour paint with front glass (to be broken in case of fire ) complete with test key to check the response with out breaking the glass and die cast aluminum housing with IFD indicator all as specified.

Supply & Fix Factory fabricated MS fire cabinet box as per give design made out flat CRCA of appropriate size and thickness all as directed including two coat of powder coated approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & fixed on wall with necessary nuts/bolts or welding to existing MS pipe by supporting angle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing canvas fire hose 63mm dia bore 30metre long confirming to IS Having male/female brass coupling both end complete all as specified.

Supply only brass Nozzle 25 mm bore suitable for 63mm dia canvas pipe complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.ex.c 1.5 meter wide and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes,pier holes, etc n.exc 1.5min depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Returning, filling is including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cms(Soil).

Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry(in alternate course) forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall.

Taking down existing double acting valve of size 100 x 65mm for servicing including replacement of unserviceable spares ie gland, nut, bolt, lock pin, CI hand wheel with chain, etc complete and re-fixing in position in high rise bldg not exceeding 15 stories.

Supply & Fix Gun metal double acting fire hydrant valve of size 100 x 65mm conforming to IS – 5290/71 with all fitments such as cap cover instantaneous coupler for making flanged joint 100mm dia bore.

Repairing to MS front door of size not exceeding 1.5 mtr x 1.5mtr including welding locking arrangement including providing pad lock 50mm (Make : GODREJ/NAVTAL) all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old painted surface of CI/MS pipe 100mm/150mm dia and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Red colour) including a coat or red oxide primer”

Servicing of hose reel drums by applying greasing, oiling etc and making free rotation to hose drum all as specified and directed all as specified.

Removing old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scrappers, any number of coats, steel surfaces of any description over applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on fire pump fire valve pit / fire fighting cubical box fitted inside bldg on each floor.

Supply and replacement, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 5 Loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output. The Panel shall support 24 zones Addressable 2 way Talk Back fire fighter communication, in case of emergency. Cleaning and painting external surface with cement based paint complete, colour as existing Semi under ground RCC sump of cap 01 lakh to 02 lakh ltrs after draining out scraping out bottom and side of wall with wire brush and bleaching powder, removing scaling fungus, flushing thoroughly with clean water, applying on coat of white washing after drying inside, writing of tank capacity and date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in capital letters of 20mm size on external surface of wall with white enamel paint over black paint surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plingth protection of semi under tank and PCC on fire water tank , road cutting area all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair broken valve pit chamber of size 1.5m x 1.2m x 6mm using sub class "B" brick masonry in cement mortar cm 1:4 including plastering internally and painted flush externally as the work proceeds and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copping and welding work with angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic paint and a coats of red oxide paint on steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Repair to unsewrviceable sluice valve of size 150/100 mm dia. Opening the nut,bolts both side flanged ,after taking down unscrew the top cover and taking out the spendle , gate with chucknut. Repair the unserviceable spindle and re-threading, spndle ,and refix the new chuckunt as per spindle size. After repair the suice valve refix the its position and testing all as directed by EIC

Supply and replacing the Gate chucknut of size 150/100 mm diasluice valve

Supply and fixing in replacement chequered plate 6 mm thick and cut to cable duct size & shape machined properly on sides and provide for cable duct protection.

Supply and fixing in replacement equal 45 x 45 mm angle iron 4 mm thick and cut to cable duct frame as per directed by Engr - in -charge

Disconnect electric connection and taking out existing service cable from the cable duct and cleaning sand /mud /other items after cleaning reconnect the service cable and checking electric supply in each Qtrs as per directed by Engr - in -charge

Tanking down old rusted fire hydrent and cutting from ground level and dig out the concrete and other material and fixing new hydrent pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (note : new pipe paid separately)

Supply & Fix in replacement of unserviceable with new non return valve of CI body 100 m to 150 mm bore flanged with rubber packing including nuts bolts and wahsers etc complete as directed by EIC

Taking down the broken iron coupling from the 40 HP to 60HP motor / pump and fixing the new coupling with cotter pin, rubber piece and nut bolts.

Supply and replacement single core copper conductor cable PVC insulated of size 35 sqmm , 1100 volt conforming to IS 694/1990 and privide PVC pipe for protection of cable

Taking down old unserviceable pump and supply and fixing 10 HP Jockey pump with motor horizontal end suction centrifugal type Confirming to IS- 12469: 1988 with CI casing , bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for automatic operation with nonover loading power characteristics for frequent start / stop operations for 415 V , 3 phase, 50 Hz 70 mtr head 180 LPM discharge

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing & caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Make : Polycab, Havells, Plaza, Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM. Taking down unserviceable XLPE cable and Supply and fixing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 3 core. laid in trenches / through PVC pipe/batton from meter panel board to building cable trunch or fixed on wall in vertical position with sadling and sadling distance each other 01 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
