SUB HEAD-A: Comprehensive Maintenance of split type Air- conditioners , Window AC and water coolers Annual comprehensive maintenance of follwing single phase air-conditioners of different makes at different locations including repair/replacement of all parts motors /PCB/ spare /all necessary consumables and refrigerent, gas charging etc except compressor complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stablizers, whereever connected etc as required. (1.5 TR Inverter type split AC)

Annual comprehensive maintenance of follwing single phase air-conditioners of different makes at different locations repair/replacement of all parts motors /PCB/ spare /all necessary consumables and refrigerent, gas charging etc including replacement of faulty compressor complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stablizers, whereever connected etc as required. (1.5T/2.0 TR split AC)

Annual comprehensive maintenance of follwing single phase air-conditioners of different makes at different locations repair/replacement of all parts motors /PCB/ spare /all necessary consumables and refrigerent, gas charging etc including replacement of faulty compressor complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stablizers, whereever connected etc as required. (1.5/2.0 TR Window AC)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of BLUE STAR Model No. SDLX8120 water coolers of all type & makes and upto 120/80Lts cooling/storing capacities at different location with providing necessary consumables, spares, refrigerent etc including replacement of faulty compressor complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stablizers whereever connected etc complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of water purifiers of Make- Eureka Forbes, Model: AQUA GAURD-200 installed at different location including replacement of all defective components etc and consumables and carrying out bimonthly servicing at installed position etc complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of RO+UV filter cum purifier (Make- Aquainis Tecchnology Pvt. Ltd) installed at different location including replacement of all defective components like UV lamps, membranes etc and carrying out bimonthly servicing at installed position etc complete as required.

Sub Head B: Operation & Maintainence Operation of various type ACs, Water cooler, Water purifiers installations at Tezu Airport involving operation, attending to complaints/faults/ breakdowns, taking rectification action ,maintenance of records/ documents etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days excluding one weekly off (Skilled AC & RO Mechanic Cum Technician - 1 No.)

Sub Head C :Supply of Spares & other works not included in CMC Supply and installation of Copper refrigerant piping suitable size up to 2TR split air conditioning of all type for inlet and out let of refrigerant gas complete with electrical cabling and insulation etc. complete as required.

Supply and installation of 20 mm dia PVC rigid drain pipe i/c all accessories like bends, couplers, tees etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of insulation of nitrile rubber in existing Copper tubing for both inlet and outlet of existing installed air conditioner etc complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of high wall split type Air Conditioning unit of different make and shifting to other location within Airport premises in good condition including re-installation, testing and commissioning of capacity upto 2.0 TR air-conditioner unit fixing of existing refrigerant pipe , insulation & existing fiexible copper conductor cable between evaporator and condensor units, topping up refrigerant gas etc complete as required as per direction of EIC.
