Replacement of old existing unserviceable/damaged nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe with new plywood top following under mentioned steps, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - Kit Ply, Archid Ply,Green ply, Duro Ply (a) Taking out old existing unserviceable/ damaged nylon newar from top of charpoy GI pipe. (b) Fixing stiffeners of two mild steel angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm, 900mm long, at equal distance and perpendicular to long rails of GI charpoy by drilling holes including counter sunk screws, nuts, and washers at both ends on top side of long rails. (c) Drilling holes two Nos. of 7mm dia in each long rail, short rail and stiffners of mild steel angle iron. (d) Top of charpoy with plywood, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, BWR grade, type BB, size 1980mm x 900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws, nuts and washers two Nos in each long rail, short rail. (e) Painting of mild steel stiffeners with one coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surfaces. (FD-220)

Replacement of old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing Long rails with new long rails for GI Charpoy, 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, length as shown in drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (FD-220)

Taking out old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing short rails from charpoyGI pipe and replace with new short rail retrieved from damaged long rail under serial item No 3.04 here-in-before including cutting/threading and fixing / tightening in the existing charpoys, complete all as specified and shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(FD-220)

Taking out old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing leg from charpoy GI pipe and replace with new leg retrieved from damaged long/short rail under serial item No 1.04 and 1.05 here-in-before including cutting/threading and fixing / tightening in the existing charpoys including welding 32mm dia washer at bottom of leg as end cap and mild steel clamps as FMN set, complete all as pecified and shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(FD-220)

Replacement of old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing three way elbows GI from charpoy GI pipe with new three way elbows GI, 32mm bore, medium grade, (ISI Marked) wherever required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings. (FD-220)

Replacement of old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing galvanised iron hexagonal check nut from GI charpoy pipe with new hexagonal check nuts, 32mm bore, 6mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (FD-220)

Removing of old unserviceable MS shoes 32 mm bore of legs of charpoy GI and suply and fixing of MS shoe 32 mm bore internally threaded and painted with two coated aluminium paiint over a coat of primer red oxide of all as shown on drg.(FD-220)
