Modernization/Upgradation of existing parks/green belts.

Supplying, Fabrication and Installation of 4 mtr. high pole made out of 65 mm dia NB, B class G.I pipe ISI marked duly welded with MS base plate of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick and supported with 4 nos stiffner made out of 130mm x 60 mmx 5 mm thickwith suitable earth stud on base plate and collar type mounting arrangement (single or duble fitting type both) for light fitting on the pole, making suitable size hole in pole at a height of 2.5 metre from base plate for cable entry/exit, painting & numbering of pole, making suitable size hole in base plate for cable entry/exit into the pole and fixing the pole on the foundation with the nuts-bolts, washers etc. complete as required. .

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing, cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) 8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1400mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washers etc. per bolt and 1 no. anchor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 63 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 45 Watt Street light LED fixture powder coatedpressure die cast aluminium body with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70,under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC As per CISPR 15 , lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥120 <135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). DSR 8.13.11

Supply & fixing of pole connector box made out of Glass Reinforced Polyester Sheet Moulding Compound Conforming to IS:13410-1992 Grade S1 of outside dimensions 280 mm(H) x 170 mm(W)x 115 mm (D) (all the corners of the box should be round & not pointed ones) suitable to mount on 40/50/65 mm dia GI pole with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd. (i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole. (ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening. (iii)4 way, 220 V, 30 A, dough moulded connector (SMC with stainless steel inserts) (iv) 16 amp. Moulded SMC rewireable kit-kat---1 no. (v) Suitable size hole at suitable location on rear wall for cable & wire entry. (vi) Earthing bolt M6 x 20 mm

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. cond. Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade including connection, testing etc. as required. a) 2C x 16 sq. mm

Supplying & drawing following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. a)3 x 1.5 sq. mm , DSR 1.17.3

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Power cable of 1.1 kv grade of following size direct in ground including excavation & refilling the trench etc as reqd.but excluding sand cushioning & protective covering. a) Upto 35 Sq mm , DSR 10.3.1

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a)Upto 35 sq. mm , DSR 10.5.1

Supplying and replacement of collar type bracket of suitable dia.on the exsting pole duly welded with 2 nos of hand of 0.5 mtr each ( Both hands shall be 180 degree apart) i/c Dismantling and refixing of the existing fitting , tightening with nut bolts etc complete as required

Shifting of existing path light pole with existing square foundation at other location in the same park i/c digging upto the existing foundation depth , refilling it ( after shifting the foundation) to the ground level & levelling etc , dismantling the pole, lifting the existing foundation , digging the ground upto 0.8 mtr depth at other location & relaying the lifted foundation i/c repairing of the existing foundation with CC ,disconnection of wiring / fitting and re-erection of the same pole on the shifted foundation i/c re-installation of the existing fitting , painting, numbering,connection & testing etc complete as required.
