Removing existing/old damaged roof treatment of any (Brick tiles and Mudfuska) description by scrapping with using wire brush and removing the same from the site(s) to outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Dismantling all water tanks carefully and after roof treatment connect all tanks during working time. If any tanks, float valves and GI pipes damaged, contactor should replace the same (upto all storeys) without any extra cost.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof/floors other than ground level beam, stair case, landing, chajjas and similar items including water proofing treatment in any layers and removal of debris to distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick , PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 using 12.5 mm gdd agg) sub base as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in coping , roof kerbs, fins including benching etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound of approved make over RCC roof slab and vertical surface ,finished even and smooth by using steel trowel complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( wt not less than 150 gms /sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm by forced complete all as specified and directed. Note: APP laying should be done by torching method through auth applicators.

Three course roof treatment consists of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm. (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes fixed as in spouts including cutting holes and making good and including dismantling of old existing pipe complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in new or old position.Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes incl disinfecting using diluted solution of calcium hypocloridte, Capacity of tanks exc 500 ltrs and not exc 1000 ltrs etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F For 500 ltr. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F For 1000 ltr. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

M&L for in repairs 20mm bore dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work such as roof trusses(framed), trusses purlins, crane gantries , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.,

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc. including dismantling of plain or corrugated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley, gutters etc.including dismantling of plain or corrugated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carrying out NON-DESTRUCTIVE water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and urinals (combined unit) with using non destructive construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting and WP Epoxy coating etc and pressure grouting polyurethane injection (PU) drilling & fixing up the matallic packet in the sunken area as required then pour 357A/357C CAT (form) on second part 135A/135B (resin) effected area by pressure grouting machine including cleaning of surface with acid then remove all the dust & loose particles, wire brush and detecting the sources of leakages and repairing surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions & directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of iron of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing of trees, shrubs, grass any size alongwith grass roots from surroundings of water storage tanks by manually with the help of sharp tools and filled up small holes with PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning roof surfaces/valley gutters by removing bushes, leaves, grass etc Note: (1) Work to be carried out at approximate 10-12 mtr height all as specified and directed. (2) The rate shall be quotted by the contractor including scafolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete incl demolition of Brick work, solid block or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on faire faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even & smoth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on faire faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even & smoth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Prepration of newly plastered surface and applying two coat cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
