Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. Note : Inner girth shall be measured only.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3, exc half brick & not exc one brick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall)

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 450 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No. 28 here-in-above but 6 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L factory made 80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of shape hexagon / triangular / Zig-Zag / I-shaped etc of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete in fixing of fencing post & like including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including purlin, connecting members & special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St.-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil/material exc. 250m but not exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
