OHT 30000 Lit

Earth work excavation & depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 metre & initial lift of 2 metre in Hard shift clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth, and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil (SS 20B) for foundation including shoring, strutting, baling out water providing danger light wherever necessary depositing the surplus earth on bank and other incedential charges etc., complete and as directed by officers

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand,watering,ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by TWAD Bord officers

RCC in M 30 mix using10mm& 20mm size HBG metal excluding cost of reinforcement and centering but including cost of mixing, laying, curing, finishing etc.complete

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3 mm for boarding laid over I type MS Truss of size 25 X 25 X 3mm about 90cm c/c and supported by 40mm GI pipes (Medium) spaced at 75cm c/c etc complete and as directed by the officers.

Painting two coats with approved ready mixed emulsion of I class quality & appruved colour over a prming coat , complete (using cement paint of colour as approved by the Departmental officer) and as directed by the officers.

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.( The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate Fe. 415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete.and as directed by the officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing 110mm PVC vent cowl arrangements mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by officers

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Painting TWAD Board emblem on the SR with enamel paint as per Board's specification and as directed by officers

Pipe connection arrangements for inlet,outlet,scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes, specials ,valve,labour charges for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading ,fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamal paint etc. complete as detailed below.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.. complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using third class country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc..

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix using to 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete

Collection and supply of 40mm HBG metal and filling in to the recharge pits including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

PUMPING MAIN LINE

Supply,delivery, laying and jointing of 90mm OD PVC 4Ksc pipe inlcuding earth work excavation in all strata soil, refilling and hydraulic testing, adopting standard specification and as directed by TWAD Board Officer.
