Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing serviceable pipe/gutter or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix down take pipe (rain water pipe) of size 133x94 mm, 0.45 BMT(0.50 TCT) colour bond (R) XRW C300 AZ 150, made out of zink coated galvalume sheet, to match the existing shade of down take pipe complete directed.

Fixing only rain water pipe in new or old position complete all as directed. NOTE : Serviceable gutter / down take pipe obtained from Sl Item No. 1 shall be used. Quote rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning of gutter / down take pipe.

M&L for framed work such as framed guard bars : barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk way, railings and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 including connection of walk way with existing landing of dog legged stair case complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised mild steel pipe/tubing as in hand rails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel bolts, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long machine made with hexogonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut dia of shank 16mm to 20mm, length 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel plates (chequered) including fixing holes with riveted, bolted and welded attachment conforming to FE-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Bolts and nuts shall be paid sepately

Finally12.5mm thick square edge Gypsum tile of size 595x595mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and bonded to the edges, so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit, is placed in the grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surface over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including preparation of the new surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
