M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat oil bound distemper white or colured by smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for comlpete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wood and wood based surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel and steel based surfce of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decoracted concrete surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old plastered surface in different colours such as PCC Kerb stones, footpath, brick, concrete surface etc, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for including preparation of surface of wall for writing/ rewrriting letters or figures at Buildings or boards (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) in synthetic enamel paint, not exc. 30 cm high etc, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of varnish finishing filling all holes with wood based materials and making good, complete in all respect as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying Pidilite Dr fixit Pidifin 2K/Pidilite Dr Fixit Fastflex/ Fosroc Brushbond which is two-component, acrylic polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating, in two coats over prepared concrete/masonry surface including surface cleaning, wetting, mixing as per manufacturer’s specification, and curing to ensure seamless waterproofing protection. Measurement shall be in square meters of finished waterproofed surface.

M&L for providing and applying URP 301, a polymer-based bonding and waterproofing agent, mixed with cement in specified ratio and applied in two coats over cleaned and pre-wetted concrete/masonry surfaces as per manufacturer’s specifications, including surface preparation and curing. Measurement shall be in square meters of finished treated surface.Make : Pidilite Dr Fixit/ Fosroc/Sika

Taking down cement mortar plaster on brick or stone wall or concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) in two layers with backing coat 10 mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick on fare face of brick/stone/concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (WPC Will be measured and paid seperately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cm(1:6) in two layers with backing coat 10 mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick on other than fare face of brick/stone/concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (WPC Will be measured and paid seperately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cm (1:3) on brick/stone/concrete surfaces of ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand mixed with Liquid WPC) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 6mm t0 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (make: Dr Fixit/Pidilite/fosroc)or equivalent)

M&L for new plasterred surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion anti fungal paint 100% acrilic smooth exterior paint @ 1.67 Ltr/ 10 Sqm, over one coat of primer including wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) colour as approved by GE, by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper white or colour, over one coat of primer including wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Ceiling, and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper white or colour, over one coat of primer including wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Removing of vegitation growth cutting of shrubs plant or tree of girth not exc 30 cm incl roots from wall and roof of bldg,mouth of rain/waste water pipe for building height upto 15 mtr including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and applying chemical blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 & two coats of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises from MoD land, complete all as specified and directed BY Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as in dado/skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured printed vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade 9-11 mm thick in floor, area of tile not exc 0.36 sqm each set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of demilished materials/ debris/ malwa to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 05 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. The preparation and painting work shall be executed by authorized applicator of paint manufacturer only. 2. Contractor shall submit the MOU letter from paint manufacturer within 15 days from commencement of work. 3. Contractor shall procure the paint after approval of make from GE in three equal parts, 1st part within 15 days of commancement and rest 2nd parts at equal intervals or earlier if required and to be kept in users costudy under intimation to Engr-in-charge as per HQ CESC policy letter No210007/131/155/E2 (Wks) Army dated 26 Apr 2020 on periodical services. 4. Periodical work shall be completed with in 7 days after handover of key of new allotted qtrs, in case of delay panality @ Rs 1000/- per day per qtrs. 5. Necessary cleaning of painting/distemper marks from floor, doors, window, cleaning of furniture and window panes, pelmet box, Pelmet box/Drapery rod is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. Non cleaning of floor shall be recovered @ Rs 1000/- per qtr for the same. 6. Contractor shall procure/brought to site the sanding machine, auto roller, paint mixing machine and other specified T&P within 15 days from the date of commancement. 7. Electric meter during welcome maintenance will be born by contractor at the rate as specified in CA, initial and final meter reading shall be recorded in handing taking notes. 8. work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools (spray machine) as required for smart periodical services. In case where work by mechinised means / tools is not feasiable then work can be carried out through auto roller or any other mean (As directed) after obtaining direction from Engineer-in-Charge.
