Taking out old US underground cable of any size from trenches with brick protection complete all as specified

Dismantling of existing old deteriorated PCC pole of 9m long including demolition of PCC casing and coping, disconnecting cable its protection conduit, removing cable junction box, light fitting GI bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully serviceable 100W LED Street lights/Flood lights fittings from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings, checking its serviceability of circuit board ,driver units,and carrying out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same complete all as specified by directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting 100W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and toughened glass, IP65 protection with suitable driver and fixing accessories complete all as specified by directed

Supplly and fixing brackets for street light fitting made of 40mm bore GI pipe light grade 1.5m long bend to shape with flat iron clamps 25x3mm thick, two nos with nuts, bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primer complete all as specified by directed

Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtr long type 410 SP-31 long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete with CI base plate and PCC work including foundation and copping all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe 90mm bore dia SDR-21 grade complete with two Nos fixing clamps for fixing of pipe along with pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cable junction box made of thermoplastic, weather proof with metric knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole heavy duty connector, one No MCB SP 6amp, cable entry glands for incoming and outgoing cables and making necessary cable connection all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing road/hard standing not exceeding 0.30 Mtr in depth and not exceeding 0.30 Mtr in width and making good disturbed surface of road after laying of cable protection pipes with plain concrete 150 mm thick type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) all as directed and specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore complete for cable protection under road culvert or PCC floor/on pole including taking out old pipe complete all as specified

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore complete for cable protection under road culvert or PCC floor including taking out old pipe complete all as specified

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 16.0 sq mm 4 core sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover/Brick, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fixing tricoloured rope LED light 6Watt/m, 240V, 50Hz, 18m length, with 72LED/m for uniform light output and no dark spots, IP65 outdoor protection, suitable for 9m metallic pole complete with including adapter, wiring, complete fixing around circumference of pole all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Two pin electronic adapter(Male) 6/5 Amp including connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Two pin socket electronic adapter (Female) 6/5 Amp including connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tricoloured rope LED Rope light 8 Watt per mtr IP65 outdoor protection, wiring, fixing including all necessary accessories complete all as required for illumination of light as specified and as directed by Engineer - In -Charge.

M&L Bus Bar Panel of capacity 100 Amps 4 way copper bus bar 04 Nos with fixed on insulator welded with iron angle of size 45x45x5 mm thick grounting in floor , 0.45 mm depth grounting with PCC 1:3:6 upto ground level all as specified and directed.

Taking down ACSR conductors without any damage to existing pole and making good the surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type and size without any damage to existing pole and making good the surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles mass concretes or in any indicated positions etc complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stay complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of pole complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed
