Construction of RCC over head tank 70,000 Ltr cap. With 15.00 mtr stagiging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab co mprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details below from ground level to tank including bends of required degree, confirming to relevants code RCC stair case i/c G.I pipe railing 45 cms. wide if usual hight as per site requirement, Cast iron manhole cover of 500 mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not less than 40 kg. ventilator at top dome with minium opening of 450X450 cms. water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge,lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randeering/plastering of the uneven exposed surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component required for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The offers shall also include details structural drawing/designe calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also include the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/MS pipe, fittings complete including duck foot bends,puddle collars, expansion joints etc. connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other component required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
