Supplying of BEE approved 1.5 Ton 5 Star rated BIS /ISI certified wall mounting type Inverter (Variable speed) Split Air Conditioning unit confirming to IS 1391 (Part-2), having rated cooling Capacity more or 5200 watts, Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio (ISEER) (Wh/Wh) more or 5.20 with copper Evaporator and copper Condenser coil, Rotary compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V + 10%, 50 Hz AC supply as per IS 1391 (part-2) latest and ISO 14000 duly filled with eco friendly refrigerant gas (R32/Equivalent) with remote handset, standard lengths of copper refrigerant pipes, foam insulation, drain pipe, interconnection cable, remote hand set with batteries etc, and reusable type synthetic fibre air filter for indoor unit including all features as per the detailed specifications. The OEM Warranty of AC Machine should be more or 1 year, Warranty of Compressor should be more or 10 years and warranty of PCB should be more or 05 Years

Installation, testing, and commissioning of 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton Inverter Split A.C. Unit, mounting / fixing of indoor and outdoor unit,fixing of refrigerant piping with expanded polythene foam insulation, suitable size PVC pipe in wall crossings, laying of cable for interconnections and laying drain pipe of standard length which is supply along with AC unit, minor civil work i/c making holes on wall for laying refrigerant pipe lines, control cable and drain pipes and closing the extra openings, making good the damages etc. as reqd. (Extra length of Refrigerant piping and cable shall be paid extra)

Providing and fixing of suitable size L- shaped powder coated MS bracket (2 nos. per set ) on wall with suitable size anchor bolts for fixing of the outdoor unit of the split A/C units, drilling holes etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and laying of additional refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line (size not less than 1/4inch and 1/2inch dia ) or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulation i/c cutting ,brazing /making joint etc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction and discharge line and foam insulation.

Supplying and laying of 4 core 2.5sqmm size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for inter connection of indoor and outdoor units of ACs etc as reqd. (ISI)

Providing and laying of additional drain pipe of size 20mm dia PVC braided/ solid (M class-ISI) along with all accessories and fixing on surface of wall with PVC saddles/C clamps (if required) suitable for drainage of condensate water etc. as reqd.

Providing of additional R32/R410 refrigerant gas (if required) and charging into the Inverter Split AC unit etc. as reqd.

S/F of MCB protected Socket outlet 4 module with metal box comprising of 01no. 25Amps socket and 01no. 25Amps Plug and 01no. 25Amps C series SPMCB for Split AC units i/c connection, testing etc. as required. (Make- Legrand /Havells/HPL/Standard)

Supplying and laying of 3core 2.5sqmm size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for extending power supply to newly installed Split AC units including fixing on wall with C-PVC clamps etc as reqd. (ISI)

Dismatling the existing old Split AC unit Indoor and Outdoor units and copper refrigerant pipes and other unwanted electrical boxes, conduits, angle iron frames etc. and storing the same at suitable place (within the same building) i/c transportation as per direction of Bldg-in-charge/Engineer-in-charge as required.
