Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil. Excavation to be done in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 m. in depth and earth work in embankment to be done in 20cm. layers including its ramming and dressing the surface upto required level and slope and including 1.5m lift and 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance including T & P all taxes, royalty charges of earth etc. as per direction of the E/I. (as per UP PWD Sl. No. 253).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired denisty, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thikness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and apprpriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micronthik polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and platevibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying sealant, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 and as per direction of E-In-C fo work.

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
