Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials n exe 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick,cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in paths finished with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade `A', complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including spreading, levelling,watering, consolidation and well ramming in layers not exc 50mm thickness as in sand complete all as specified and directed. M&L in repair for providing cast-in-situ cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in kerb stone and the like, including necessary formwork, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and n.exc 50mm deep and disposal of the same to a distance n.exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using hot mix plant and mechanical paver complete all as specified. Note: If actual design mix covers less than 5.5% binder content, then rate of recovery of bitumen shall be as per rate in purchase voucher per KG for the purpose of adjustment. No adjustment shall be made if the design mix binder content is more than 5.5% complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) of 4.5% (minimum) by weight of the total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using hot mix plant, laid to a required profile / level using mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with a power roller of 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in any type soil as in berms including uprooting of grass/spalings etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified

M&L for 100mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling brought from outside MD land spreading, levelling in layers not exc 25cm thick, well ramming and watering as required, as in road side berms complete all as specified and directed. Note: 10% (Ten percent) deduction shall be made from the quantity computed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Delineator 600 mm long all directional retro reflected round delineator short made out of 18 gauge MS pipe of outer Dia 47mm, Delineator powder coated to have 200 mm wide high intensity reflective band of colour white and red. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage and including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 150mmx150mmx300mm deep including earth work excavation and removal of soil to a distance n.exe 50m complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The rate of PCC & earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be extra paid. M&L Bi-Directional reflective road studs / Cat Eye of ABS Plastic body of dimensions 100 x 115 mm, having 30 degree micro cube corner spark glow reflector white / red / yellow fixing with nail and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cat eye shall conform to ASTm D-4280 and mort 7th from CRRI New Delhi and model ALEXIX-1402 or equivalent.
