Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap 10cm & end lap 15cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finished with aluminum paint @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturers.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1;2;4 (12.5mm graded agregate) avg 40mm thick in floors,roofs etc (for roof padding) finished even and fair all as specified and as directed

Rendering 10mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry (or) Equivalent as per manufactures instruction on roofcslab/ floor complete all as specified Note:Lliquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting existing PVC/HDPE water storage tanks, of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning repairing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing PVC/HDPE water storage tanks, of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning repairing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of floor hearth wall tiling or terrazzo floori ng including cement mortar bedding removing debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the surface by brooming or vacum cleaner, surface shall be free from loose dust particles,oil etc,hollow areas or pot holes shall be filled with polymer modified cement sand mortar and allow to cure for at least 72 hours coat of sand sprinkling using silica sand/M-sand for rughning the treated surface over two cots of single component, elastomeric smart care flexi seal PU @ 1.2ltr/Sqm with 0.5mm thickness each coat over applying priming the surface with one coat of Asian Paints Smartcare Bituminous Primer @ 0.27ltr/Sqm with brush or roller all as specified.and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Single component, elastomeric, pitch modified PU coating Smart Care Flexi Seal PU have a with minimum elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D412 and Shore A Hardness of 90 as per ASTM D 2240. The PU coating shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm.The system consists of applying the waterproofing treatment @1.2ltr/sqm of two coats each coat 0.5mm DFT (Dry film thickness)and second coat shall be apply after 24 hours of first coat and shall have a crack bridging ability of 2mm. Make Asian paints or equivalent of Dr fixit pidilite/ Thermax, complete as per manufacturers specification. Guarantee for water proofing treatment shall be applicable as per PS claus 10.2 10.2.4

Supply & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 45GSM over the bituminous primer application with 100mm side lap and 150mm end overlap all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge Note:- Single component, elastomeric, pitch modified PU coating Smart Care Flexi Seal PU or equivalent approved by GE with minimum elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D412 and Shore A Hardness of 90 as per ASTM D 2240. The PU coating shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm.The system consists of applying the waterproofing treatment @1.2ltr/sqm and shall have a crack bridging ability of 2mm., etc complete as per manufacturers specification.

M&L for heavy duty floor tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 to 13 mm thick of make Deccan Natural or Cresto Brown of Somany or equivalent of HR Johnson or Kajaria, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment or Ezy Grout of Somany to match the colour of tile and laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of floor hearth wall tiling or terrazzo flooring including cement mortar bedding removing debris off the premisescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced pain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded graded stone aggregate ) as in padding, coping, bed plates, hold fast blocks, levelling courses, etc., including formwork, weathering,slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
