Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coat :With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Applying priming coat :With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying three courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) :Bitumen felt (hessian base) type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322.

Removing tar felt/bitumen felt etc. Over roofs and cleaning the surface complete dumping the materials outside the building and transporting the same within one km lead by mechanical transport, loading, unloading etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hip valleys and gutters etc. And depositing the servicable materials in central/site stores and including disposal of unservicable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer in -Charge.

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking:Lime, moorum, building rubbish:Lead 1 KM.
